DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. Been coming too this store for years. And now they have some lady in there at cashier letting her buddies skip the entire line to buy some cancer sticks. I will NEVER return too this location. Or shop at dollar general ever again. Very disgusted by her customer service and awareness to attend too the customers that have been waiting in line.

Good store, previous manager was great however new one, Sonya is super friendly and attentive to customers! Would improve by opening up more check outs

I went into Dollar General on Saturday March 16th to pick up a few things that I forgot to get at Walmart. I am very frequent at Dollar General so I recognize most of the workers. But on this particular there was a worker that I was not familiar seeing there that was walking around. As I proceeded to the checkout, the line was long and I didn't feel like waiting so I got into the self checkout line. There was a young African Anerican kid in the line that looked to be about 12 years old self checking out. The worker that I was not familiar with went and stood by the self checkout where he was and watched him checkout. She asked when he paid did he want his receipt a d the kid said NOPE and grabbed his bags and left. As I was going to the self checkout, this worker took my items from me and began to scan them for me. Mind you, I'm in self checkout. At that moment I almost created a scene because I was very offended. She did not ask me if I wanted or needed help, she just took my things a d started scanning. After she scanned, I paid for my things a d I walked out slowly to see if she would call a customer over from the long checkout line to scan their items in order to help the cashier that was falling behind, but she didn't. So I proceeded to walk out the door. It just so happened that the young black kid and I was also black that she did that too. I really don't appreciate being racially profiled in a store. I have also made a complaint to be forwarded to the district office. These stores are here to seve the punlic regardless of race gender or religion and they need to start being professional abd treat people equal. I felt violated.

Where do I START with the awesomeness of this place!!!!! The staff? The service? Kiosk? So much! God bless the manager of this store. He is hard working, compassionate, understanding, and he is ALWAYS smiling!!!! I have high anxiety, so seeing a smile from staff DOES make the days better. Thank you Dollar General and Merry Christmas!!!!!

I don't appreciate the way I was treated regarding the self checkout. I was waiting in a very short line of just myself and the person in front of me checking out, and I didn't mind waiting. The older black lady said "ill take you over here" indicating that she was gonna check me out, which she proceeded to do at the self checkout. She might not have meant to be, but she was really patronizing, acting as if I was too stupid or old to use a self checkout myself. I don't appreciate it and I should be welcome to wait for a cashier if that is what I choose to do and have the option to do. Being a person that dosent support machines taking the place of customer service, not because I'm old!! But because I too am a service worker. Stop and think about how you regard someone, or you might find that they are intelligent enough to leave a bad review on any platform they may choose.

Manager Troy is always happy and friendly with everyone. The store is extremely well kept.Clean, in-stock, fast checkouts.

I come every week to buy my mother some lifesaver candies and every week I am a day late to get my 5 Dollars off. This time I ask the clerk to honor it, never hurt to ask ? But did not get a satisfied answer. Very sad that there is no customer service, especially when you have the same clientele.

The store has a history of hiring the rudest nastiest employees ever. The store is so convenient that sometimes you can overlook them, just get in and get out. Prices are so high now a days and when you advertise a special, you should make sure that special rings up right. I asked the first female she says oh it came off, well no it didn't . So I bring it to the attention of the other female and you would have thought I accused her of something, and that I should trust her. Not, I trust no one when it comes to my money, the other already lied once. I wanted to follow her cause I didn't trust her and this just crawled her butt. I don't car you have no customer service knowledge, and you suck at your job and your attitude. I am blessed I work too hard for my money to let someone steal it from me. If you don't agree I don't care.

The store was organized. But the reason im giving high review was the man that waited on me this last Friday. He was so polite. He was just doing a little stocking in front of the register and was so nice. He apologized like 5 times. I wish more of your stores had this nice of staff. I'm not normally in your area. But the man at this store was great. And I found exactly what I needed. Keep up the good work.

Went in to buy some products. As soon as we came up to purchase, lady said my gf who works a job gets paid well and has NEVER stolen in her life, was told to get out. We have been shopping there all the time! Never have stolen anything! She has been falsely accused of stealing!!!! They were nasty about it and didn’t let us see the proof. Calling corporate as I post this

Cashier was very friendly. The manager/stocker was very rude and NON HELPFUL!! The store was definitely not staffed properly for an overnight Ad Change as is the case with most of the Dollar General Stores in Flagler County Florida!!
