The whole pharmacy department goes-on break at the same time and the pharmacy is shut down for an hour, then when they reopen the line is forever long! Why do the employees not alternate their breaks to serve their customers!

Jessica and Victoria are true professionals that have hearts of gold. Walking in to pick up medicine for a sick child and told it will be 30 minutes can feel like an eternity. These two amazing women were kind enough to expedite my son’s prescription AND add flavoring to an otherwise pretty yucky tasting medicine (both actions without being requested) The world needs more Jessica’s and Victorias. Thank you for going the extra mile in your care and compassion.

Walked into CVS on Belle Terre went to buy some cologne when I saw the lady at the register she was efficient in helping me and then when I went to pay she said that I had a 50% off coupon and if I wanted to apply it it was nice for them to let me know even though I already knew about it but some customers sometimes don't know and it was pleasant to let them say that before they rang it up

I go out of my way to use this pharmacy. For 1 simple reason. The pharmacist, he is great ?. The others in the pharmacy are so so. It is getting so hard to find a good place. Thank you Andrew for all of your help. You make this store great!!?

The pharmacy tech named Lucca was absolutely phenomenal, he went way above and beyond for my needs and helped me with my insurance and saved me money when previous technicians at a different location actually refused to help me. He’s awesome and deserves a raise

Totally uncaring of the customer. They refuse to answer the phone. When I called the front desk they transferred me back and left me on hold, then was disconnected. Dr. Called in an order 3 days ago and can not get any new or old orders processed. My child that has cancer is now with out her meds. Front store informed me after having to call back, pharmacy informed him that "They are to busy to answer the phone". This is at 11:30pm. Have been calling all day. They just leave you calling and never bother to pickup until the system just disconnects you. That is has to be the worst customer service I have ever heard of. Will definitely be using a different pharmacy 1st thing tomorrow morning.

Gary in the Pharmacy was a life saver - I had an emergency refill and was being sent in circles by the Old Kings location for two days - the team at Old Kings location was useless - Gary had me sorted out the first time I spoke with him and my prescriptions were filled within the hour. The Old Kings location gave me the run around, the maybe we can fill it today, call back in 1 1/2 hours - I call back - we close in 2 min, call in the morning, I spoke with them four or five times, getting the wrong or different information each time - Gary handled it immediately - GIVE GARY A RAISE - GARY DESERVES A RAISE.
