If I could leave 0 stars I would. I cannot express how rude and disrespectful I was just treated when I walked in for my appointment.
I was 15 minutes late for my appointment however, a 4:30 time is the only appointment she had and I worked until 4. I left work early and did my best to make it in rush hour traffic. I texted the number and called to let them know I was running a few minutes late but got no answer.
We apologized multiple times and were met with a careless and non forgiving response.
I don’t care the circumstances, and I understand I was late but the unprofessionalism I just experienced took me off guard.
I will never step foot in that office again. Use at your own risk. But be prepared to feel insanely disrespected.
Do better computax, and have some empathy for people that went out of the way to use your services and keep you in business.

We have been using Computax for the past 18 years. She is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend her to anybody. She’s never allowed to retire or leave the state!
