Second time around using Community Mortgage Solutions. Loan was closed in a month! They were in contact with me throughout the process, I didn’t go an hour waiting on a reply from them. They kept me updated the whole time- even emails just saying they have received info I sent. They are so on it! Love them!

I highly recommend Blair and his team. Home buying is never easy and we encountered several hiccups along the way. Blair and his team managed to get everything processed for us in record time and ensured we had a smooth closing day. I really felt they went above and beyond for us and were very receptive to questions we asked and concerns we brought up. We had worked with another lender, but decided to close with CMS because of how they handled things; the whole process just went smoother working with CMS. Words cannot express my gratitude for Blair and his team, they did a phenomenal job for us. I don’t normally leave reviews so this review really echos the kind of experience we had with CMS. Buying a home is stressful but Rich made the process easy and helped me navigate some if the complications that arose in the process. Rich is a great communicator always following up with emails and telephone calls on the status changes. Overall a wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend them enough. I felt like I was their only client through the entire home-buying process. Blair was patient, extremely thorough, and left me feeling very confident amidst a stressful time when I had no idea what I was doing. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
