Allstate canceled my moms policy who is 81 years old who was a long time client . Instead of calling to see if she was ok they canceled her policy without finding out if things were okay since she pays all the time and missed 1 payment for one month. Well fast foreword 1 month after policy was canceled the heck that my mom sent In January for payment they cashed it on Feb 7 th after a month of the policy being canceled . Spoke with berk agent and blaming corporate for all this . Now they are saying it will take 10 days to refund my mothers money which was fraud that they cashed a check that there was no policy for . Allstate are crooks . Do not go through them . They do not care about you it’s all about the money .
