Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He also has two beautiful dogs there in the store. We are fans of Benjamin Moore paint and now that we live here, we like the owner too!

Charles went above and beyond to help my husband and I. And since I was needing a specific xyline solvent he still helped with advice and I personally felt less pressure compared to the big box stores. It's all about communication and going forward this is where I will buy my paint! We need that in todays world!

If you're looking for a mom-n-pop store, this isn't it... unnecessary filed a lien!Broke all the rules in how they did business.Hired a painter who had the "Goodpeople" supply his paint. The painter advised he's done over 100K in business with them (which I believe). I paid the painter in full, but the painter was about a week late on his payment to the store for the paint.I had no idea this was going on, even though I was in and out of the store. I had no idea the "Goodpeople" were extending store credit with my home as collateral.The "Goodpeople" without any delay filed a lien on my home! They made no attempt to contact me, even though i was in and out of the store. Gave me no chance to get the bill paid, just filed a lien. They also lumped my home in with another unrelated home, also against the rules. When I called them they told me they weren't obligated to notice me- which is NOT true, they are obligated.I paid them immediately to get the lien removed.Awful and stressful....I share this only because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I had an absolutely great experience working with Goodpeople Paint & Decor. When I took down wallpaper, I wanted to match my new paints to the surrounding paints I’d used about ten years prior. I went to three of the usual hardware stores (let’s call them A, H and L) as well as a local professional paint shop. None of them came very close to the paint I’d used. It was only after calling Goodpeople on a lark that I discovered that it’s not enough to just match paint colors. The problem I was having was that the base used in the new color matches wasn’t lining up with what I’d previously used years ago. Goodpeople took the time to research my paint using my old paint codes. They were then able to find stock of the original paint base that had been used and matched my paints using the original ten year old formulas. Talk about going out of your way for a customer! This was not a “come back in ten minutes and it’ll be done” paint match. They taught me about the paint I’d used and went the extra mile to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. And, you know what? Today, my rooms were painted and the paint colors and sheen matched up perfectly. I was very, very lucky the day I decided to call Goodpeople. And now they’re my ‘go to’ for paint projects.

We needed help on finding a safe paint for a chicken coop. I did not speak with the young gentleman my husband did but he went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much. He worked Sunday 3/20/22 Palm Coast Location . If only all businesses were stocked with employees like him!

Had a can of paint with dried drips on side, left by previous owner.Needed to do touch-up of some walls.The young man and lady here were able to PERFECTLY match the color.Great customer service, something which is very hard to find these days.

We have been here several times. Always excellent and friendly service, staff is very knowledgeable. Paint is the best quality around. The big name stores always give us very watery paint. We will be back!

Excellent customer service whether we are calling in our orders or visiting the store in person!I am the Northern District Sales Manager for J.B. We were immediately impressed. Upon entering the store we were both greeted kindly by multiple employees. They took their time and had patience with us as my husband and I struggled to agree on paint colors for multiple rooms. We had a very disappointing experience at Sherwin Williams paint store prior so we were feeling a bit discouraged but the people at Benjamin Moore saved the day with their personable service. Family owned/ operated and supporters of our military as a bonus too. We are super excited to return to get supplies for our new home projects.

The employees are wanting to help you as soon as you get in the store. I had no problem getting my paint and supplies I needed.
