I absolutely love this store. I have found many treasures. Their shoe selection is amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only negative is that it's extremely hot in the store. I would shop here longer if it were a bit cooler.

This place is a joke. It would have better to have just closed completely. The selection is horrible. Everything seemed broken or dirty. The store is at least 85 or more degrees. We would have stayed a bit longer but it was very uncomfortable. We said something to the manager on our way out and she agreed and offered us a frozen popsicle from the back. We most likely won't be back.

something’s wrong with the air conditioning. it’s super hot in there. i probably would have stayed and shopped more but i was literally sweating. my mom was with me, she said it was like that another time she went. she mentioned it to the staff and they said to call corporate so here ya go

The items are years old and so out of style that even at an inexpensive price they are not worth buying. On a positive note, the store is extremely well organized by size and color.

Didn't see any additional savings than what Belk's offers with their sales. Store temperature was VERY warm

I love Belk and used to love coming to the Belk Outlet but they keep the store so hot now, you literally pour sweat standing still. When you walk in it's like walking into an oven with no ventilation. Sadly, I thought the AC was a temporary problem as I have been in this store in the past but I understand this is permanent. I won't be back.

Not too crazy about the place. First, it's 78, degrees inside the store and we were told that it's controlled by someone further north. Secondly, many of the items were sold out ang the price tags only show the higher price (which is a price I would ever pay for anything in there). So, if you, ant to know the actual price you've got to do the math yourself. Fortunately I can do that in my head most off the time but I didn't go there to take a math quiz. Sorry, not interested in going back.

Had to find clothing for a funeral at last minute on a Sunday, did a Google search and Belk Outlet popped up.
Purchase shirt and pants with the original price tags giving me sticker shock but when paying I walked out with a $37.00 reciept.
I will definitely go back when in need!
