This was not my first time buying a mattress from bed tops; but every time I go back I remember why. The customer service is nothing like any other mattress store. I had purchased the wrong mattress a few weeks ago and was welcomed back to find the perfect one for me. They were super accommodating around my work schedule and made an appointment with me to walk around and look at their products and selections. We were able to order a mattress and I was told it would come in about a week. The mattress was delivered three days later! I am so happy we have a mattress store in town that takes care of their customers.

Where do I begin to rave about my experience with Susie and Keith at Bedtops Mattress. From the minute I walked in, I felt like my boyfriend and I were being greeted by old friends even though we were just meeting them for the first time. Susie was so knowledgeable taking us around their showroom showing and telling us about the various mattresses and recommending what she thought would fit our needs for our health conditions. We left placing an order and can't wait for our new mattress to arrive. Keith was also very helpful answering some of our questions. I would gladly recommend Susie and Keith to any of my friends looking for a reputable place to buy a new mattress.

Due to my wife's significant health issues, we needed to find a new, good quality shallower mattress to replace our ancient deeper one so she could get in and out of bed more easily. Even before visiting the BEDTOPS store in person I was prepared for a good experience because of the excellent information I found on their appealing, thoughtfully designed, and very informative website. I got the impression this family-owned-and-operated business genuinely cared about having happy customers and making them friends as well! I met Susie on my first visit. She was just the kind of salesperson I always hope to meet: friendly and welcoming but not pushy or overly familiar; respectful of my intelligence, and focused on helping me understand what I needed to know to choose the best mattress for our needs. Within 15 minutes or so Susie had helped me locate just the right mattress. I returned another day to meet the owner and conclude the sale. Gary the owner and Keith the manager were just as personable as I'd expected. Delivery and setup of our new mattress was handled reliably and smoothly by Benny and his helper Mike, just as promised. I now consider myself part of the BEDTOPS "family" as well as a customer. In fairness to other local businesses, by all means see what they have to offer, but I enthusiastically recommend you not fail to visit BEDTOPS!

Just had a great experience with one of our local stores. We went to Bedtops Mattress on Hargrove here in Palm Coast. We have shopped around and have found Bedtops mattress to have the best sales and customer service along with great products along with great prices!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Bedtops Mattress in Palm Coast is the place to go if you are looking for a new mattress! They have a huge variety of mattresses to choose from at unbeatable prices. Gary the owner and Keith the manager are both very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and they are such nice guys as well. This business is so professional and they practice great business ethics. We will never go anywhere else for our mattress needs again. We are customers for life!

We believe in doing the right thing without question. We purchased a bed in June. I couldn’t shake the feeling something was off with the mattress, it was not comfortable at all and my back was killing me. I reached out to the owner, Gary last we and voiced my concerns, he then walked me through the warranty process, and I took pictures that are required for a warranty and sure enough the bed was defective. Within 48 hours we were sleeping on a new bed and received a full credit from manufacturer to put towards the purchase of a better bed. We are thrilled with the customer service of knowing that they genuinely are good people and care about their customers! Thanks to Susie, Richard, and Gary! We appreciate your kindness.
