Yet another 5 star joke. The customer service was aweful apart for the Asian girl who was welcoming. The guy with his headset on is just nasty and when asked where to get supplies that they did not have " go on your GPS " and find somewhere. Google is littered with 5 star reviews for sub standard service...beware!

Very Disappointed with customer service! Purchased and paid for a Weber Grill on Saturday, July 6th and scheduled delivery for Wednesday, July 10th between 10 to 11 AM. I called store @ 12:15 on 7/10 and was told that the unit I bought was previously sold. I was told they ordered another unit that should be in on Thursday, 7/11. When they have it assembled, they will call to arrange delivery, hopefully Friday. We never received a call to inform us of the situation and that they would not be delivering on Wednesday as promised. I stayed home all morning waiting for delivery tgat never happened. I had to call them 2 hours later to find out they dropped the ball. We will see if it really arrives on Friday?

The best part about this store is the employees. They are always willing to help, talk through your DIY projects or questions, and suggest alternatives if needed. Tim, one of the managers, is honestly one of the best humans I've met. He's always ready to help and treats everyone—employees and customers—with respect and kindness.
This Ace Hardware is a fantastic store, especially if you live beachside where there are no local hardware stores and the nearest ones are 25-30 minutes away. It's a small store, but they have a great selection of items and can quickly order anything you need.
Overall, I highly recommend this Ace Hardware. 10/10!

Definitely your hometown hardware store. Friendly, any advice you need and they have a cat the kids can enjoy.

Today was my second time at Ace Hardware. I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never gotten paint or wallpaper glue from here before, and I actually didn’t think they had any OR even mixed any colours. But they do! When I called to ask, Laurie answered the phone, and she was super helpful, she told me all the options they had, and the brands. I went in and Laurie was so helpful. She gave me one on one treatment. She made my experience a pleasure, and because of that, I went again today!!!I got more of the same paint (for another project), she was there and READY to help, with a smile on her face. I showed her my last project and she was impressed with it, and made me feel good about my work.I got more paint and wallpaper paste today. I will most likely always shop here for my home supplies, because the customer service was outstanding, genuine and kind. Thank you for being you Laurie, we need more people like you in todays world ?

Locally owned and operated and a great place to get hardware for your DIY projects. The manager was most helpful and as we were leaving I got a very nice surprise in that they carry Sprecher's root beer.
