I love this happy, cute place! I was in the market for dog treats, and there were a million yummy choices. The shop owner saw me browsing and asked if I had any special needs. Yes, I did! She took great care in picking out a bag of treats for my toothless Greyhound, and another bag for my sensitive-tummy Greyhound. These folks are obviously "dog people."
Also, I fell head-over-heels in love with the resident Frenchie, Tiki. He is almost excessively adorable. :)

To preface this review: I’m a groomer of 17 years, but do not currently live in FL to groom my mother’s Yorkie. So, we’ve been looking for a reputable groomer and found Nancy. The first time she groomed Tina (the Yorkie), we were thoroughly impressed with her work. (My mom always FaceTime’s me after a cut so I can see Tina.) My mother had made another appointment with Nancy as her request client but had to reschedule for person reasons, and that appointment was today.
When my mother went to drop off Tina, she was told that Nancy wouldn’t be grooming Tina, but not to worry because the person who was grooming her was “very good”. And in my professional opinion, this was not a cut for someone who had only been grooming for 2 years should do. She took all of Tina’s hair from the sides of her face, top of the head and ears. She didn’t even tip the ears.
But what got me the most is that when I called, the manager I spoke with told me that Nancy saw the cut and approved it. She didn’t offer to have my mother come back in with Nancy next time, but instead told me there were plenty of groomers in the area. This is in no way the newer groomer’s fault. The fault in this lies with the management and how things were decided today. My mother did pay in full, and tipped graciously.

For the last year or 2 we've popped in regularly to grab treats and swag for our Great Pyrenees, Lucas. Every single time we are greeted in the warmest and friendliest of manners.
Because of all the horror stories we've read about groomers, especially in Palm City, and more especially because Lucas is already a massive baby who acts like he's being killed at bath and groom time, we have been weary to take him anywhere. The last place had his collar on so tight at pickup his breathing was restricted. Not out of malice (we don't think) but out of carelessness.
But not Woof Gang! They completely transformed our massive furball who'd recently blown another coat and needed at least an additional hour of de-shedding. Not only was he beautiful and silky soft, he was happy upon pick-up. It was very obvious he was handled with love and care and looked the best we've ever seen him!
We now regret waiting as long as we did and we are so grateful for Woof Gang and their loving staff. The prices are beyond fair but to be honest, for that level of service they could charge anything they wanted and we'd eagerly pay.
Thank you, Woof Gang, for helping my boy and being so sweet every step of the way. You've earned life long customers.

Woof Gang Palm City is wonderful. Our dog is always happy and well-groomed after each visit. The staff is friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with their service!

Nancy and Angel are both wonderful groomers. Nancy had built up a large number of clients and it was difficult with my schedule to get in to see her. Three appointments ago I gave their newest groomer Angel a go at little Georgie and she is fantastic! Wonderful shop and staff. You can’t go wrong taking your baby to either of these ladies!
