If I could give a zero I would. The staff is extremely rude. I’ve literally been walked past more times than I can count without any acknowledgment. I have a script that I need every two weeks. I have to call them every time after my Dr sends it in. They don’t notify you when your medication is out of stock. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and it has gotten progressively worse. Don’t think it could go downhill much more than it already has. They need a serious staff revamp. I’m hoping to find a new pharmacy ASAP!

Pharmacy Manager is not very polite. I was in today to pick up a script stood at counter for a few minutes before she asked if I had been helped which obviously I had not. I was standing at the center where the gate’s Coral the customers into the service desk. She said I’m over here and had me walk to the other side of the register one foot away. ? Management needs to lead by example and a smile doesn’t hurt either. I won’t be returning my ex wife quit Walgreens after 27 years now I know why . She works at cvs across the street it’s an easy switch. Thank you CVS for the smiles .

Poor way to manage a business. I do not believe that showing ID to this store in order to buy products is necessary, acceptable or good for business. Going elsewhere. Satisfied?

I have been consistently impressed by the service at Walgreens Pharmacy. They have never given me any issues and always manage to fulfill my prescriptions accurately and efficiently. However, it seems like the staff is overworked, which can sometimes result in longer wait times. Nonetheless, I appreciate their dedication and the convenience of having a reliable pharmacy nearby.

Went to drive thru for prescription. 2 vehicles in front of me. The first vehicle was at the window for 7 mins. I finally pull up and one of my prescriptions that was sent in 2 plus hours ago is not ready. It would be a few minutes. Would I pull around to the end of the line. How come some people can sit in the line for many minutes and some are asked to pull around. Maybe I should have said no. Been in line 20 mins. Still don't have my prescription.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!Horrible experience tonight with walgreens on martin downs. The so called manager on duty should not be a manager.I have filed a complaint with walgreens corporate office.Unfortunately I had my father switch to walgreens. My mistake. I will not let this go. They need to get there act together. The manager tonight has absolutely zero customer service skills. Hopefully he gets replacedIf I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy I would.Back to CVS.

Told me that they could fill 2 prescriptions and they changed their minds (I had gotten preapproval that they'd fill them because they are difficult to fill) and canceled them. They never called me to tell me - I had to wait for my doctor's office to call.

I have been shopping at Walgreen for over 25 years and they have never let me down once they automatically refill my prescriptions when they are due and then they call me to notify me the medicine is ready to be picked up.They are always friendly and go out of their way to help you. They could not be more professional and helping you with any problems you may have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT fill your prescriptions at this store!! We had the worst experience and customer service today, save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere. Our Dr called in 2 prescriptions for our daughter at 9am today. At 9:15 I stopped at the drive through pickup and was told they weren't ready it would be 30 minutes. Okay, not a problem. I drive halfway back to Walgreens at 10am and get a text stating there is a delay with our scripts so I turned around and went home. No one called me, no further information was provided on the delay so I call the store at noon to inquire about the status and was told they were ready for pick up. No one sent a text to state they were ready, I had to call. So I finally pick up the prescriptions at 4pm on my way home. I tell the girl at the window i have two prescription for pick up, she rings me up, I get home, she only gave me one. I called the manager to complain and told him I would be back for the 4th time today and I feel awful my daughter has gone a whole day without the medicine she needs and he his response is "yeah that shouldn't of happened." Seriously? Correct that shouldn't happen to anyone. I then said I would be on my way back for the 4th time today and the last time ever. He chuckled at me and said "okay, have a good night". He was clear on showing his lack of concern about the mistakes of their staff, a resolution or attempting to improve customer service. I will go to Publix for all prescriptions going forward!

Just so y'all know... it's been 3 years and 7 months and I am still pissed off. I have not stepped foot in a Walgreens store ANYWHERE since that day you guys burned me. I am also very unimpressed with the lack of a managerial response. Yep, I did what I promised. I have gone out of my way to avoid your stores during all this time. And guess what? I'll probably never return to one of your stores. And all along the way I will be swaying people to also avoid your stores. That fine print trickery in your Oreo promotion -- where your company tried to lift an extra dollar out of me -- well, the lost sales that have resulted from that lousy experience are beginning to add up. It is deserved, and you earned it.
