This is an awesome UPS store! They are the friendliest people in there, always ready with a smile. It doesn’t matter if the line is out the door they don’t seem to get stressed and always super efficient. Kathy has to be the shining star in the store always up and very helpful. They offer many services and Palm City is lucky to have this business!

Pretty sure I was lied too in the store and paid more than necessary for my package to be shipped. I worked at other UPS stores for 6 years. I know well what services are typically offered at stores. I requested media mail shipping, as I was shipping a book, and was told this was not an option and I had to go to the post office for media mail. Yes, it is an option... It's even on the ups website listed under services. I probably paid double for the shipping cost through UPS Ground... I didn't have time to fight today and the post office was closed so I paid it. But that is not how business should be done. I won't be shipping out of this location again.

I've had a box at this store and have been going there for several years.I can honestly say that it amazes me that every time I go regardless of how chaotic and busy they may be, they are always so friendly and pleasant to deal withThere are times when it seems to be an overwhelming amount of activity going but regardless of the tone or attitude of the customers, the staff and management always seemed to have a smile on their face time and the time to take care of any questions you have and handle any of your issues with the utmost professionalism. It is actually one of the few retail locations I almost look forward to going into.

My brother-in-law dropped off a package containing personal items to this store with a prepaid label addressed to me. The package vanished with no tracking information ever available on the website. The owner of the store, Kathy, while very nice on the phone, was unable to offer any explanation to me aside from saying that the package may have gotten "caught in a conveyor belt" and destroyed. UPS, meanwhile, has been worthless, wasting nearly an hour of my time to file an investigation by phone to track the package only now to send me even more documentation to fill out to file a formal claim saying that the package is in fact gone. While this could very well have been a freak accident, I have my doubts that the Palm City store even printed the label to begin with and the package didn't end up going home with one of the employees. That's a complete guess, admittedly, but something about this entire situation seems far too suspicious. I will be doing business elsewhere in the future.

The UPS store here in Palm City has always been great; I've been going there over a decade.Today, I had an issue where the suite number got left off a very urgent package and the driver cancelled the delivery. Kathy at the UPS Store somehow pulled strings to get the address corrected and the package back on track. Thank you for the excellent customer service, and the miracle work!

Just left this UPS Store after incredibly rude treatment from Kendall and her staff. If you tell me I need to repackage an Amazon return, it's probably a considerate practice to mention their is $14 additional packing and service fees, right. They are horrible communicators and I left feeling disregarded and confused.
