Came in for break pads. They found much more significant problems. Sent me a video so I was aware of the extent of the issues. Completed the work quickly and effectively. Had one issue with the adjustment of the hand-break. They fixed that at 8 am the next morning. Overall, very happy with the service and the manager John is very responsive. Thanks.

Mrs. Kaley and Mr. John have far exceeded my expectations in what good customer service should be! They were both helpful in not only making sure that I had everything that I needed for the moment and also went out of their way to make things easier on my stay there. The gentleman Mr. John even remembered who I was the following day when I came back because I had to stay over night at a hotel and also lent me his phone charger so I wouldn’t have to buy one when I was at the hotel over night. Mrs. Kaley was willing to get me a Uber so I can get WiFi service to call my dad while I wait! It’s the simple things in life that matters most ! Not only did my car get fixed but if I ever come back to Palm city I will definitely stop by and visit! Thank you for helping me!

Incredible service, polite to everyone who walked in the shop that morning! Gave us a great estimate an explained the scope of work to be done, would highly recommend to anyone who needs car repaired and or tires.

I went to them to have some work done.
Basically just to have enter and outer tie rod ends replaced along with about 4 hours of other work.
The guy actually had the nerve to come at me with a 2,800 estimate. No parts just labor. They ran the price up like that because they didn't want to do the work is the best I can figure.
Beware of the people you are dealing with there shady as hell

Total Tire always does a professional job on all our vehicles. Our 2000 truck had some brake issues that we were concerned about. They had their mechanic look at it but also had their master technician take a final look. We trust them because they always take safety first when working on our vehicles. It’s not just a fix and come pick up. They make sure all issues are resolved. They also always follow up a couple days later with a text to make sure we are happy with their work. Their staff is always friendly and professional as well.

The BEST customer service! It’s always a stressful situation to start your morning off with a nail in your tire but the team at Total Tire turned my morning around with their excellent service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Kaley and team, I can’t thank you enough!

They have awesome customer service and are very knowledgeable. I'm not good with car issues so they explained everything in a way that I would understand. I find them very trustworthy. They also follow up to make sure everything is working well.

They were about to close when we came to replace a tire- we were using a spare from after getting a flat on the freeway. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We were in and out quick.

Been going to total tire for years. Obviously nobody likes dealing with car issues but Ian and the crew are great to deal with.

I am very impressed with Total Tire. Kaley is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been to Total Tire twice in the past few months. Both issues were due to a TPMS sensor and a valve stem. The first visit was a simple fix and they didn't even charge me, so I gave the tech a nice tip to show my appreciation. The second visit was today. They replaced a valve stem that was old and faulty. $32 out the door and they started working on the tire right away. They even reprogrammed my TMPS sensors because another shop didn't bother to do it and therefore my sensors were not calibrated. I was out of there in less than an hour this morning, even though they were obviously very busy. I'm very happy with their service, I wish all service shops were this great to deal with.
