“They were having a sale. All clothes were a dollar! Beats goodwill for selection and price. Those ladies are serious when they say they are closing though! Don't push your luck and shop til last minute or they will close the register and you will be coming back to purchase your things the following day! Lol I get it.. they are volunteering! Have a heart and appreciation for their time! Thanks ladies! Your doing great in my book!”
“One of my favorite hobbies is exploring thrift stores. I discovered this one when I was in Port St. Lucie. I especially love finding a thrift store that supports animal rescue. The proceeds from this store provide food, medical care, spray/ neuter, and housing for animals awaiting adoption in St. Lucie County. The Humane Society of St. Lucie County Thrift Store has several rooms of men's, women's, and children's clothing, games, housewares, home decor, glassware, electronics, furniture, books, pet supplies, jewelry, and holiday decorations. They are currently holding a Christmas in July sale where everything Christmas related is half off.Everything in the store was arranged nicely and priced clearly. The store is staffed with volunteers and depends on donations. If you live in the area consider supporting them with your gently used items and shop to help animals and the planet by keeping items out of the landfill.”
“This place its amazing, the owner is extremely sweet and welcoming. Was our first time there and she even waited for us even when she was closing the store. The store was from her Mom and it’s extremely wonderful with antiques and books . We finished buying much more than we were expecting we found awesome treasures for us … we highly recommend it … a must go place … you may see us around since we are looking to go more often now … bravo!!!…”

2160 SE Ocean Blvd, Stuart“Very small and quaint store, upon initial entry you get a false impression with the size. The entrance focuses on clothing and then the store opens into a middle section then the third section, it surprised us as per the size and variety, to include quality of merchandise. Interesting place and a must as per returning to if your looking for a specific item. Changes daily as per inventory and always a buzz of people looking for a used treasure for sure.”
“Vivo en este pueblo por 7 años, desde entonces soy participantes del programa. La amabilidad de sus voluntarios. También he recibido una atención de exelencia por parte de Aby Ortiz and Paul Greek. Siempre hacen lo posible por ayudar a sus clientes Jesse González”
“The volunteers are friendly and more than willing to assist. Prices are lower than other thrift shops in the area. Been here since the 1980s a well kept secret - Tell your friends or bring by your gently used items to help support their outreach to our community”
“First time here. Went for Bingo. It's was fun! When I walked in I was surprised on how clean it smelled! It instantly put a smile on my face. The drinks were delicious. I had a great experience.”
“The staff are welcoming and they accept donations. The church provides daycare during the week for hard working families and the church is an open door come as you are area of worship.”
“This store is full of treasures! Every time I go there I leave with some great unexpected purchases. I highly recommend checking this store out. There is something for everyone. I live in Jupiter but the commute is totally worth it for this store. The staff is also really great. They are very kind and welcoming to every customer.”
“I've been going to house of hope for years and they have been great. Recently Ashlee from Jensen beach went above and beyond to make sure we had a Thanksgiving dinner and put my kids on the list for Christmas. Thank you”
“This is a very clean and well organized thrift store. The owner was wonderful and polite. There are a lot of collectables, wall art and just over all neat things in this store. Right now she is running up to 50% off furniture. I don't know how long it will last... if you are looking to shop local, this is one you should at least visit.”
“I got some bookcases, a brass/glass table and a chair from here. Staff is friendly, I borrowed blankets from them to wrap the glass and brought them back a week later. They have dudes in the back to help put things in your car, but they can also hold a few days if you need to come back. I find their pricing weird, quality heavy duty items of genuine wood, brass etc are low cost and fake stuff like Formica or ikea/looking things that likely won’t last seem to be high cost. Worth a visit.”
“I almost (selfishly) don't want to give this shop a good review because then people will know about my secret treasure hunting spot!! The thing is, they have such a worthy cause that they deserve all the profit they can take! The items they sell are all of good quality and at great prices! I cannot think of a single thrift store in the area that sells cheaper. *Side note: if you know of one please tell me*The staff is also kind and helpful. So, if you like thrift stores, this is definitely a good one to go to.... Just please don't buy the stuff I'm looking for ?”
“this place is great! they have amazing items at amazing prices, and if you dont agree with the price’s they’ll change it for you on the spot! the people who work here are extremely kind and im glad i live in hobe sound and can go to this one of a kind place”
“Beautifully renovated. Merchandise is wonderful. If you see something you like, do not hesitate buying it because it probably won’t be there when you come back! I know from experience. ”
“Great thrift store! I have never gone in and not found something I was thrilled with. Items well organized and easy to find. Very nice, helpful staff! Clean and welcoming!”

1099 NW 21st St, Stuart“I gave this a review because Regan and Meagan. Last Wednesday's experience rate would have been a 1. My daughter went to surrender her cat. From the moment we entered the area Ashley was not very sociable, friendly. She showed like what my daughter was doing was bad. It's bad enough my daughter was really hurt and sad that she did everything in her power to try and keep her cat. So Ashley took my daughter's name and phone number, we did not hear any time for us to surrender Boo today because Ashley never confirmed because of a litter of cats were going to be dropped off. We called today to confirm and Ashley was very rude to the point that I hung up and called back to speak to a manager. And that is when I spoke with Regan. She had empathy, compassion and understood. She was apologetic and awesome. We met with Meagan when we dropped off my daughters cat. Meagan was awesome. I have adopted 2 cats that will be 3 years old. I will continue to mention this humane society, but will not refer Ashley. Thank you so much Regan and Meagan. My daughter surrendered Boo , but truly loves her.”

2525 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart“House of Hope keeps everything so clean, neat, and we'll organized, it's fun to go treasure hunting there. But what they do for the homeless means so much more. I'm going to begin volunteering there.”
“This is a lovely thrift store supporting a great cause. The prices are cheap; clothing ranges from 3-10$. The store utilizes "tags of the week" in which items of one tag color are 1.25 each and items of another color are 2.50 each. Items are mostly fogey, but there are a handful of trendy and timeless pieces as well. The staff was very friendly. The store is on the smaller size, but provides a wide variety of items- clothing, furniture, housewares, etc. This is a great spot to hunt for finds! Note: This review is based on one visit to the store in late March 2024.”

3491 NW Federal Hwy, Jensen Beach“I really enjoy this particular store with its very high volume of clothing and its many shelves of housewares and accessories. The store is organized very well with the garments or miscellaneous items placed together in the same area.I highly recommend a visit to this store.”

9086 S Federal Hwy, Port St. Lucie“Great drop off location out front which is easy to get to. Carts are easily available to move your stuff. The attendant was nice and appreciative. Didn't go into the store side so can't comment on that. Looks to be a big store. Was clean and not cluttered like some others.”
9AM - 8PM
1082 SW Gatlin Blvd, Port St. Lucie“Lots of variety but it depends on the donations made to get good products, it is good to visit it constantly to see that achieving one "hunt" among the donations made, is similar to the shopping experience at yard or garage sales”
“The employees are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I found some great jeans and 2 perfect lamps and more. Unlike many of the Goodwill's the prices are very fair. If you join the frequent shopper club you will get 25% off. NOTE: They do not allow emotional service dogs in the store. The only negative I could see but should not be a reflection on their 5 star rating...”
