“This store is overall a great store. Really nice crew, clean, and well organized.
One ask for deli leadership - can you please standardize your training? I am a vegetarian so order a veggie sub. Because there is no meat, there is usually double cheese. It happens often that the deli folks don’t know and they overcharge me. Can you please fix this so we don’t have to go back and forth with the deli crew on how to charge for this item?”

“Wanted to give a shout out to the delicious ice cream cake we ordered for my daughter's birthday. I looked all over for an ice cream cake only to find the same old boxed ones. While in the new Publix on Cove Road my husband asked did they have ice cream cakes and they said yes, we make them to order. I never knew they did that! Finally a true birthday cake with the ice cream of your choice. The cake was delicious and looked fabulous. White and chocolate cake layers with cookies and cream ice cream. Decorated perfect and a yummy butter cream icing, 24.99. Highly recommend.”

“First of all the four stars were mainly because of the prices. The store was clean. But navigating the store was another matter. Definitely go there, but take all your patience and have time to look. And don't be afraid to ask the employees where things are. They usually know and were very helpful. Also bring your own bags and have a quarter for a shopping cart. You'll get it back if you return the cart. It all was worth it as far as I'm concerned. One more thing. I bought some of their brands and was glad I did. They were great.”

“Smaller but a very well stocked store. Very clean and well appointed. Delightful staff and management who are ready to help.
I asked to replace out of stock special with a similar priced item, and the manager was happy to oblige. What a relief to not have to drive back to the store to take advantage of the great weekly specials.
I love my Publix!”

“Shopped the app online keep playing our purchases before going into the store. About 4 or 5 things were not in the store, or may have been sold out. Restocking was going on and the shelves were full. We did self-checkout which worked well”
“Decent service, greeted at register and by bagger and was offered helpbto my car. Only reason behind the 4 out of 5 is when picking up prescription, they almost forgot to give me both meds I was picking up.”

The next day a manager (Alexandra) left me a voicemail and I went in and explained what was going on and they reimbursed the 3 things I had forgot (Bogo granola bars and cocktail sauce), y'all are great!”

“Located at east port plaza in Port Saint Lucie, this is a very busy public buuuuuuuut from time to time they put out not the best selection for fresh fruits and vegetables so that’s the main issue I have with them but aside from that, they would have 5 stars”

“I shop at this Publix all the time, and it’s hands-down the cleanest and best-stocked store in Palm City. The shelves are always full—from fresh produce and pantry staples to specialty items—and the store feels crisp and well-maintained every single visit. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. That pineapple coring machine in the produce section is a nice touch, too!
