Armada is wonderful! So sweet and very polite! She is an awesome lady! She makes sure you’re happy with your cut and always says come back to see her if you need a little more trimmed. What a great employee! I will keep coming back!

Unfortunately, the website was not updated and as a result my hairstylist was not working, although the website indicated that she was. Very disappointing since I drove to the store only to turnaround and drive back home. Why would the manager not update the website since she was there?? I’m sure that I’m not the only this happened to.

Had an appointment at 10am and arrived at 945am. There was one person ahead of us when we arrived and the check in machine said #3 and #4 with a 12 minute wait. Two additional people came in after and checked in. Both individuals were taken before us. When asked why since we had an appt the lady said her appt was at 9, well now it’s 1020 and it’s not my fault they were either late or the hair person, who showed up at 1015, was late but I had already been there waiting 25 mins. When I said something the lady was okay I’ll take you guys but I can’t wash you it will take too long. Well again, not my problem. I was paying for a service and I should get the service I asked and booked for. Terrible place, terrible customer service and to have I’d say 1 1/2 people working on a Saturday before a holiday is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place if every other place was on fire and they were the only ones left.

i was very detailed ex what I wanted done with my hair even exampled and the outcome was horrendous completely shaved my sides and back and cut off the top and almost leaving with a buzz cut. terrible knowledge on what I've wanted even with examples and details. absolutely the worst place to go for a haircut if you want something done simple for your hair.
