The young man at the desk Brian was very helpful. I was in the process of losing my home. He was patient and kind. He helped me figure out what size I needed and made sure I had carts! I felt very safe as a single woman entering and exiting. The place was spotless, even the bathrooms. Very affordable and Brian will go above and beyond to help. Ten plus!

Gotta give credit where credit is due. I was with a storage unit on Martin Downs Blvd for over 13 years who was purchased by Cube Smart. They DOUBLED the rate for a 5×5×10. Outright Thieves. I recently decided to switch over to IStorage located at 4125 SW Martin Hwy. I should've done this years ago when Cube Smart purchased the old storage facility. Brian, the general manager of IStorage took care of me EVEN WHILE ON HIS SCHEDULED LUNCH BREAK?. I'm paying a whole lot less there from what I was paying a Cube Smart.
