Owner is nice, I believe he is having difficulty finding quality mechanics to compliment his jobs. After two of failed attempts to properly install a transmission and months of waiting. He bought a new one and installed it himself. If he hadn't resolved the issue I would not have rated him so high.

Palm City Transmission did excellent work installing a rebuilt transmission on our 2016 Suburban. They performed their work quickly and on-schedule, which was important as we were headed on a long trip out of town. I appreciated the final inspection they did before we hit the road. The technicians at PCT are knowledgeable and professional, and our vehicle has been running well since. This company did all they promised to do and earned my trust. I strongly recommend this auto repair provider.

The owner Craig is a nasty piece of work with a real bad attitude espcially towards women. After spending nearly $5000.00 in transmission repairs on the initial repair the transmission has failed for the 3rd time. He refuses to cover any towing as he DOES NOT stand by his workmanship. We picked the car up Friday from the warranty work and the 2nd time driving the vehicle since its now broken down in the middle of Military Trail and Palmetto Park road during 8 am traffic and this POS owner has the audacity to tell my wife its her problem and still refuses to cover towing. I am a business owner as well and know If I ever treated my customers this way i would be in trouble. This MotherF*$@er put my kid in a horrible and unsafe situation. he is extremely lucky she wasn't injured.

I had two ford transmissions fully rebuilt in the shop here, totaling over 14k combined. One worked for about a year and half and has now gone bad again unable to shift gears or go into reverse and is being replaced after about 20,000 miles. The other is continuiosly shifting into reverse when driving almost anywhere now so both trucks had to be parked and cannot be driven of course they went bad at the same time and are waiting for a new shop to fix them. would never reccomend this shop to anyone, they seemed like great people however their work product is not as we have learned.Service: Transmission repair
