Delivery’s are never on time. The driver arrived with an empty truck. The product is damaged this is the worst wood mill in south Florida.

We had to replace a back, exterior door to the pool patio, but we could not find the odd measurement in any of the big box stores. I called Palm City Millwork as we'd purchased molding & trim in the past from them. I spoke with Bob Voisine who told me they'd have to special order the odd size we needed which I expected. When I seemed a bit unsure of the exact measurements, Bob offered to stop by on his way home from work to confirm the measurements, at no charge (and refused a tip/compensation)! Bob's customer service was extraordinary. PCMW is lucky to have such a quality employee. Also, the door was delivered a week earlier than estimated. If you need to do business with PCMW, I highly recommend requesting Bob Voisine ext. 132.

I waited a month to write this because I was so angry. I am still angry. I ordered doors from PCM in JULY of 2022. PCM had originally built our existing front doors and Brian Schmidt who was my salesperson located the original plans so they had the exact measurements of the existing doors. I paid them in August of 2022. In March of 2023 the doors come in. 8 months later. And he ordered the doors 16" TOO SHORT!!!!! They had my money and my time for 8 months and the order was WRONG. I mean it is just unbelievably inept of them. They had the actual plans of the existing doors and they ordered them short? And not just a little short - a freaking foot plus short. Then he lies to my contractor and says he can reorder them and they wil be here in 6 weeks. WHATEVER. 8 months wasted, completely WASTED because of this company and Brian Schmidt's carelessness.

We thought we were told we were getting Anderson windows but they delivered some other brand. Told us Anderson does not make aluminum sliders. Told us the only installer they use was out of Boca. We scheduled and it took over a month to get the project started. Company said one days work. Took 2 days but did not finish. Left a mess and holes in the stucco. One month later, installer came back and patched. Not great quality workmanship.

We remodeled our home and put in Anderson impact windows. We love them-they are perfect and exactly what we wanted! Rich and Marty were awesome and their customer service is superior! We also needed a few extra screens for existing windows and they replaced them for us. Delivery was on time and communication was never an issue. We are thankful that the window process was not a hassle thanks to Palm City Millwork. We would absolutely recommend them and would use again without hesitation!

Spent several thousand on paint-ready poplar trim, and over half my order was unusable... had to send materials back twice, and the replacements were just as bad. Many split boards; really deep mill marks, saw-blade marks, and chatter; rough-cut sections throughout... there was actually bark on several boards. Even after replacement and days of sanding, some boards were just a total loss (maybe 10% of order). Also, both Trustile doors that were ordered had to be replaced, as they were very damaged (and one had a very deep mill stop mark). Beyond the above, lead time was more than triple what was promised, and items were broke in my home during delivery. No hyperbole here, this was a legit nightmare experience. The only redeeming factor was responsive customer service, but that is meaningless without a usable, quality product. I would recommend trying somewhere else for your millwork needs...
