Absolutely 100% satisfied customer!!! They repaired our show car to exactly what is was! You'd never be able to know it was in an accident Paint match was perfect! No orange peel or runny spots. All body work is aligned. Great job guys!!!!

My BMW X-6 Had dead battery on Martin Highway! Called bmw couldn’t send anyone to boost for 1 1/2 hours. Contacted Palm City Auto sent Andrew for a charge in 15 min. Charged up & Went back to them to test Battery! Needed new Interstate battery.Andrew installed immediately & we were off. Service/Response/ Repaired/Priced Fair & timely!! So we highly recommend & especially Andrew servicing was the Best. They are my new GO to for BMW servicing!!!!

This place is a gem. John and Cathy really took what was a small job and made me and the work needed a pleasant priority. You would be lucky to find this place if you are unlucky enough to need body shop work. Thanks again guys!!I went back for another repair and John, Palm City Auto Repair & Collision knocked it out of the park for me yesterday with a new starter for my truck ! Andy got me in and out and their prices are going to keep me out of Ford dealership service from this point on. Thanks guys.

I took my 2019 Discovery in as my ac went out. I was told that they couldn’t find any leaks. They recharged the system and changed me $377. Within 10 days my ac gradually went hot again. I took the car to a different mechanic and he found the leak right away and is making the repair. I truly feel I was ripped off.Service: Air conditioning

Went here to get an estimate for some minor damage to my vehicle. Not sure who helped me but he was professional explained everything in detail like why it needed to be repaired in a certain way and the problems with color matching clear coat paints. Had I decided to have the repairs done I would have certainly used this shop. It appeared organized and efficient. I just used some touch up paint and saved myself a couple ofhundred bucks.

Owner, Mark Smith is such genial, friendly and down to earth man who also runs a tight ship. This past summer when I needed help with a new starter for my 2014 Chrysler minivan, he was able to turn things around quickly while keeping my cost down significantly below what others were asking for the same job. It's not uncommon to feel uncertainty when going to a mechanic and, let's face it, car repair can expensive and scary. But I've gotten such such a good vibe when I've gone there that I can't help but feel that Mark will always be in my corner doing his best for a fair price. I've been there a couple of times since then and recently I directed a friend there for some work on an antique Mercedes-Benz roadster. From everything that he told me Palm City Collision & Auto Repair didn't disappoint.
