I came from out of town and suddenly had car issues which left me very anxious and desperate for help. N V Auto Repair got me in right away and helped me tremendously! They talked me through exactly what was going on and showed me everything along the way. As a woman, I am always nervous about being taken advantage of at any shop, but they were extremely kind and helpful and made sure I was confident leaving just an hour later. I would totally recommend and trust them!

I was looking at car a/c shops today and NV Auto in Palm City popped up. This painfully reminded me to finally post a review on this shop based on my experiences (approximately 2 years ago). I should have done this a long time ago but it appears the players are still there (Eric and Brian) so better late than never. I Had work done by the body shop. Body man "Brian" painted my car 3 times (yes, three!!!) and it still was full of runs and waviness. Needless to say I was not pleased as I was paying top money for a professional job. Speaking of $$, Eric's original estimate turned out to be off by $2000 (50% off original quote) so I paid extra for a back yard garage job!!- boy did I learn a hard lesson. I'm sorry this took me so long to post- I was going to let it go but looking at his pathetic job daily and reading another persons review I felt like I should try and help another person avoid my nightmare.

My Porsche Panamera needed new brakes, discs, tires and an oil change. The estimate at Porsche to get everything done seemed really high. My Father has been taking his Mercedes to N.V. Auto for a long time and told me how great they are and to see if they could do it. I was able to everything done in just one day today and my costs were much lower than what Porsche had quoted me! Great shop. They do it all. They fixed the breaks on my work truck and put brand new tires and level kit. Also continued service on all my vehicles. Highly recommend them. Local friendly people really easy to work with at very reasonable prices
