I’ve been with State Farm for 17 years. My rate just kept increasing and I wasn’t sure why. I stepped into the office and agent , Celeste, was able to drop my monthly payment by about $70! Very impressed with State Farm and how quickly they made the adjustment for me. I will always be a loyal customer!

Disappointed in this place I've had my policy through for over 20 years. Of course rates are going up but things I've had that I've known could be changed to give me a better rate seemed to not be worth a discussion even after mentioning I'm looking to switch my insurance to find a better rate. I called and as I was stating get me a better rate it was a back and forth on things I had in my policy and instead of running down each area and telling me let's change this, this, and this and you will still be covered just as good it was a vibe like I was annoying her. I specifically asked for a break down of each area. What is the cost if I change this, I was looking at the break down of cost per coverage and I kept getting... "this will bring your policy down by this much overall." I had to keep asking what does that specific coverage come to... still couldn't get a clear answer. I went to the next coverage and same thing. I had to repeat I'm looking to change insurance companies and have a quote from another company and would like to know the breakdown for each. It's what that insurance company did to catch my interest. Needless to say I wanted to stay with State Farm, but that vibe convinced me to go with a different company. I think I will give this new a run for 6 months but will go back to State Farm but with a different agent. Hope this feedback is taken as an FYI. Customer service is so vital these days and simple listening or advising is just as important.

My experience speaking with agent Rebeca was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my needs in the search for auto insurance. She had an in-depth understanding of the insurance products that best suited my situation. I highly recommend Rebeca Sisco from Frank Warren agency and I'm looking forward to working further with her in the future.
