We recently bought a home which required all new quartz counters for an expansive kitchen, two baths and a wet bar. We discovered Florida Custom Surfaces while doing a search for local stone fabricators in the Palm City area, and we found an excellent company to partner with.
We met Merlyn and Jonathan to discuss our plans and review samples in their showroom. We were so impressed with their product knowledge, style selection and design ideas, as well as the fabrication shop they run, we gave them the job on the spot. Throughout the entire process they were pleasant, helpful and responsive— and most importantly, very patient working with us on several changes.
Their company has the latest in computer programs for layout and laser equipment for measuring & manufacturing in their facility. They employ a great Team of people, but where it all comes together is at installation. And they delivered as promised.
Their installers Maynor and Eduardo were excellent. The installation went flawless, including seams that at first glance just disappear and waterfalls that were perfect.
Their company provided talent, product and GREAT value. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience and we highly recommend them

Thankfully, I found Florida Custom Surfaces, from a post I made on our neighborhood FB page! Jonathan came out within 24 hours to talk to us and do the measurements. Dariusz then came out a few days later to obtain more information and measurements. Within a few weeks we had a more modern look. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them. Very professional from start to finish!

Working with Jony and his team was a great experience. Jony provided ideas and new designs that made us very satisfy on their work. Watching them work is amazing. I will totally always count Jony for sll my future remodels.Thank you Guys!!!

Terrible! Do not use! We had a vanity top and tub surround done and then realized we wanted a sill and wall caps done. They’ve been giving us the runaround with one lame excuse after another for over 2 weeks. They obviously don’t know or care how to handle deviation from the original job.

Was going to give them an order they wanted 100% of the money upfront! Sorry do not do business like that here 30 years in Palm City never had anybody ask me 100% upfront bad ..

I am a professional engineer, not easily satisfied. I was really impressed with FCS. After months of hassling with several fabricators, FCS was "morning sun after a dark night". You can talk directly with the man in charge of layout and cutting. They work with precision, using LASER to "template" your kitchen and LASER to run their cutting machinery. Although we had a large, complex layout with angles, everything fit together perfectly. You don't even see the seams unless you put your eyeball right down on them.

The absolute most meticulous company. Showroom is impeccable and workmanship is perfect! My kitchen was so beautifully done I called back to do my bathroom using a remnant. Teresa sent me multiple pictures of all remnants in my color scheme! The installers are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they installed to your liking. Highly, highly recommend this company for your countertop needs. When we did our kitchen last year I did a ton of research and nothing compared to their reviews! I am so happy we chose this company!!!!

We were looking to replace our kitchen sink and center island counter. After many visits, samples and quotes from other stores and spending way too much time on Google I became more confused about Quartz and Granite until I found Florida Custom Surfaces. I called FCS and spoke to Teresa. She was knowledgeable about the products that I was confused about and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. We visited the showroom and it was the best decision! Our current counter had a seam and we didn't want that with the new counter; Teresa advised us that we would have to look for products that came in a jumbo size to avoid a seam. We chose Cambria Quartz Roxwell. Teresa was patient with us as we now had to order our sink and faucet. Once I was in possession of the sink and faucet the templating was scheduled with Matt and within days my counter was ready for installation. The installers took care in removing the old counter and bringing in the new counter, they were thorough and cleaned up when they were done. Installation went smooth and my new counter looks fabulous! The entire experience with FCS was professional. We are very pleased. We highly recommend them. We are waiting for the plumber to install the faucet, soap dispenser and disposal, but I've attached some photos of the counter.

We wanted to replace the glass tops on our living room and kitchen tables to something that would look nicer. We shopped around to a few places but as soon as we walked into Florida Custom Surfaces we knew we have found the right place. Theresa helped us find exactly what we wanted and we were able to buy the same quartz we already had in the kitchen. They were so organized and a pleasure to do business with. The tops arrived about a week later. We are so pleased with them and we would certainly recommend Florida Custom Surfaces
