1 lady working. She's helping a customer on the phone. At least 20 questions about insurance options, shipping time frames, weight, & cost. Line out the door. Then instead of just scanning the QR code for me since I have a prepaid label, she says no & is typing in addresses for a woman with multiple boxes. No urgency or desire to ask someone to come up front & help. And i literally mean, line out the door.

The driver did not knock on door and just left a door tag. When you call, you cannot speak to the local FedEx at this address which is ridiculous and frustrating. You have to talk to people in another country that try to help but the problem never gets resolved. I called and they said the driver would try to deliver again in an hour and I watched the driver drive by without stopping. I called again and was told I can pick up at this location which is a 20 minute drive from where I live and I’m reading reviews saying that it doesn’t take you to the right location. This is the 3rd time the driver has not knocked or has not even stopped the truck.
Update:
The reason for 3 stars is because the woman working there was friendly and I finally got my package when going to this location.
People should not have to go through this though just because the driver is not doing their job correctly.

I am very grateful for the small business type feel of this very large operation. Sharon at this facility understood my issue, picked up the phone to call me, and helped me resolve it quickly. Incredible customer service. In this day and age of AI chat bots and voice prompted automated menus, it is incredible to see the human touch. Thank you!

The website says printing services you have to drive through nightmare construction. Nobody answers the phone Google maps drops you off on the wrong part of the facility and they don’t have any printers or any services other than shipping so everything is wrong. Total waste of time I’m going to UPS.

Do NOT go by the Google maps location. Drops you in the middle of nowhere. Wrong part of business park. Type the actual address in and you will find it. Once you find it, it’s a good place. Nice and quick.

I have been there twice along my route at times when needing to drop of packages that I personally labeled. They have been a great assistance to making sure that these packages are shipped. If shipping date may have changed they would let me know.

This place refused to print a label that was in my phone. “We’re not allowed to”. Really? FedEx can’t handle 1990’s technology? I offered to email it to them so they could print it, but no. The are making me drive 45 minutes round trip because they don’t want to print a label. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else!
