Should have trusted the current star rating. They misled & greatly inconvenienced me, put my health at risk, and topped it off with appalling rude customer service. My wonderful local Publix pharmacy had doubled the price of my medication this month, so I called around and found CVS (in same plaza) had it in stock and at the regular price, and could fill it immediately. Wonderful. I just had to provide my personal information and they’d take care of the transfer. The transfer from Publix Pharmacy was completed with 30 minutes.I was then told that they wouldn’t be able to fill it until the following morning, but it would definitely be ready for pick up at 10am. Ok, no problem.I arrived at CVs at 11am and told they don’t even have it in stock and no idea when we will be getting it!Also they said something about insurance not covering it and so it will be $600 if and when we get it. I self pay anyway.Confused. I repeated what I was told on the phone yesterday, they reacted in disbelief and asked for the name of the person I spoke to. But I hadn’t thought to ask during that call.I requested the prescription be sent back over to Publix Pharmacy then - who had had it ready for pick up the day prior. I’d suck up the extra cost. They said NO, the rules mean I personally have to now contact my (notoriously difficult to get hold of) doctor and re-request the prescription and that it be called into Publix.I did that and went to Publix Pharmacy to explain what had happened. In the meantime, they had sold out of my medication. They are now waiting for a new prescription from my doctor (which I’m told could be hours to days), and then the new supply to come in.This has made for an unpleasant morning and now I’m facing the prospect of several extremely unpleasant days with risk to my health.Terrible, just terrible CVS - why on earth would you have done that? Is there some staff bonus for prescription transfers or something motivating this?

Customer service is hands down the worst I have ever seen! Was trying to get a prescription moved to this pharmacy as we were closer to it and the team would just hang up on you. When you call back they would pick up the phone and say “30 min wait time” then send you to a voicemail to start the whole process over again. I wish I could give negative stars

I have never had worse service when calling a pharmacy. They were rude and unhelpful. They told me that they couldn't verify my identity over the phone and hung up on me. Every other pharmacy that I have ever spoken with has asked me hippa questions to verify my identity and then offered to help. I didn't remember all of the medications that I take and just wanted to know the names of the medications I was prescribed.

This pharmacy is ridiculously awful. Beyond description terrible. They have zero care, zero empathy. They do not order meds when they are supposed to. They lie about it when questioned. They do not apologize they just shrug. Zero communication, zero care. There was a time when they would say “be well” when you left, now it is basically a big F you. I would be happy to discuss my experience with anyone who wants to know.

The slowest pharmacy in the universe. Do not get prescriptions filled here. If you have more than one car in front of you in the pharmacy lane, it will take at least 20 minutes. Unbelievably disorganized staff.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. The staff is rude and condescending. We have been with this pharmacy since it was an Eckerd's. Moving all prescriptions out of this horrible business. They don't have common products in stock and their prices are the highest in town. The lines are always long and help is not usually available. Went for a prescription yesterday that was called in by the surgeon 2 days prior. My spouse had surgery and needed the pain medication she hoped to not need. They said it wasn't in stock. No call or warning, just too bad we cannot fill. I asked the pharmacist to transfer prescription, no can't do Class 2. Call the doctor, it is not our problem, it was a Saturday! They should shut it down, it's dangerous to use this pharmacy for patient health. Avoid this place at all costs.

The pharmacy here sucks. I waited in line for 9 minutes and not one person said they would be right with us. One I reached the Asian woman, I asked her to check the price for meds seeing that I don’t have insurance. She gave me the price. She never offered the RX discount card. I had to TELL HER to offer me the RX discount. She told me to go and look it up myself I then told her no she was to look it up in her computer and to provide with with the discount that CVS provide for there customers without insurance. I also asked her if she was too busy to help me. It’s like pulling teeth for good customer service.Love CVS in West Palm Beach. This one in Palm city sucks

Pharmacist were so rude. Told me I had a co pay when I had insurance. I asked to please run my insurance she rolled her eyes and told me to go to the back of the line (i was at the drive through) So i did. I went back through and they said my insurance thinks I had another insurance so have to figure that out or pay out of pocket. I said i would pay out of pocket. Told me to go back to the end of the line again when there where no cars behind me because I was holding up the line. I told her there where no cars and I would wait. By the time she came back with my prescription there were cars behind me and tried to make me go to the back of the line instead of just taking my credit card. That's when I had a breakdown and started crying. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and it took me crying and hyperventilating to treat me as a human being. I will be switching pharmacy's.

The CVS in Palm City is clean and very friendly. It was easy to find what I needed, and I was able to check out quickly as I was headed into work. The sales associate up front was very helpful and explained the new rewards system so that I understood, going forward. Every store is different, but this one is exceptional!

Donna, a CVS employee had excellent customer service; she greeted me kindly, was helpful, had great eye contact, and helped me to quickly check out. I really felt blessed to see her.
