My daughter and I had an enjoyable relaxing experience. I accidentally dropped something on my toe nails; they were happy to fix it. Then I smeared my big toe as I was putting it under the table to dry. They fixed it. Thank you City Nails. We will be back soon.

I’m not very happy. I paid a lot of money for the gel and pilled off two days later. All my nails. I knew it would because they didn’t brush on that primer or Whatever that you’re supposed to use before you put the gel on. I will not be back there.

8-4-2023, my granddaughter made both of us an appointment at 5:45 at City Nails in Palm City Fla. Arrived on time only to find out that only 2 people were working and working on 2 people. The guy told us to go wash our hands and then told us to pick our colors and have a seat. I asked how long they were going to be and they said just a few minutes. I said we had an appointment and that I wasn't going to wait 20 minutes. The female said "How do you know it's going to be 20 minutes? Go pick your color and have a seat". I said I would wait 10 minutes, said that I didn't want the two customers to get shorted their pedicure time, waited the 10 minutes and got up and left. What is the purpose of taking/making an appointment that you aren't going to honor? Both were at a point that I KNEW they weren't going to be done in "just a few minutes", I have had pedicures before... I REFUSE to give my money to people who don't think my time is important to me. I hope everyone who reads this doesn't wait either.

went to get my eyebrows waxed, and the woman waxed out a whole strip from the front of my eyebrow, and acted like she didnt see it at all even though it was very noticeable, i still had to pay full price

Finally found a good nail salon that does it make you wait while they have techs sitting around chatting fantastic French fils and it lasted 3 weeks very happy
