Lines are always long. They don't have enough employees to work the counter and the drive through. The only reason I gave two stars is because the employees are great! It always takes 20 minutes or more just to make a deposit or cash a check.

I was in the drive through for 5 minutes with no other cars around waiting for help finally someone came and I told them I needed to cash a check (I bank with chase) he took my ID debt card and check. 15 MINUTES passed!!!! No one ever came back, I pressed the call button 2 times finally a different lady showed up and asked what could she help me with i told her I've been waiting for my check to be cashed and she said oh no one did it I will do it now. Waited another 5-8 minutes for my check to be cashed in the drive up portion of this chase bank. Almost a total of 30 minutes!!! Just ridiculous.

I have a corporate account with this bank and the commercial bankers and manager do not go out of their way to help local small business owners AT ALL. I DREAD having to go to this location. I think my experience today was enough to finally make the switch to a bank that puts some respect on my name.

I would have given 1 star but the staff here is so nice. One star because they r way understaffed. The wait times are terrible. One person works the whole front counter and the whole drivethru. I have been waiting for 1/ 2 hour already and still not helped. There are 4 clients and 5 staff right now. I have 5 accounts here including a business. Why do i stay at this bank...time for change!

This branch is fantastic. The tellers are so friendly and the atm just inside is awesome. You can get $1's, $5's, $20's, & $100! So much better than just large bills and have to make change all the time. Oh, and the drive thru atm has a screen that adjust based on the type of vehicle you're in so you can actually see the screen! (Low: for cars, medium: crossovers/suv's high: trucks). It's really a handy feature.
