I must say it was always easy and hassle-free.I appreciate efficiency and convenience, and Chase Bank delivered on both fronts. Their customer service was top-notch, and I was able to complete my banking needs quickly and effortlessly.

I just came back from opening a business checking account, and may I say as much as there are some bad reviews on here I had an amazing experience. Jennifer at the Palm City Chase branch was absolutely incredible. It's as simple as just being a good person, and she was so kind and so helpful. She made the process way easier than expected. Her customer service was top notch! If you need any help I 100% suggest asking for Jennifer!

I live in Illinois, and I’m here on vacation. Due to an unexpected circumstance, I need to take out of my account at least $5k, but I left my debit card at home. Even if I gave every other proof requested (later Customer Services told me I could get my money), I could not get any money.To use “policy” as an excuse is unacceptable. The teller didn’t even call me and email me to confirm my identity even further. And all I can do today is complain here. Soon this account will have the bare minimum until I can finally get out of this corrupted financial system.

they became the worst bank i ever dealt with. they hold your money even after it came out of the makers account for 10 day before they release it to you. then customer service laughs and tells you to switch banks if your not happy. pulling all my money out and going with center state, they are great service

This was my very first time stepping into a Chase bank. So disappointed in the service I received. The receptionist seemed bothered that I was interested in opening a credit card. She cut me off almost instantly and says “you can do that online.” Coming from a high class background, they lost my business as well as anyone I am able to get the word across to.

The ATM is always out of service. They clearly don’t value customers who need to deposit outside of normal banking hours.

This location is highly automated with one or two tellers. It's a fast in and out and the machines seem to work all the time.

Very disappointed they have zero-limited hours. People need to bank and yet our concerns are not met. Why bank at place that closes at 4pm when people get off at 5pm. All banks in General should have hours 10-7 for the working public.

I was in the drive through for 5 minutes with no other cars around waiting for help finally someone came and I told them I needed to cash a check (I bank with chase) he took my ID debt card and check. 15 MINUTES passed!!!! No one ever came back, I pressed the call button 2 times finally a different lady showed up and asked what could she help me with i told her I've been waiting for my check to be cashed and she said oh no one did it I will do it now. Waited another 5-8 minutes for my check to be cashed in the drive up portion of this chase bank. Almost a total of 30 minutes!!! Just ridiculous.

I have a corporate account with this bank and the commercial bankers and manager do not go out of their way to help local small business owners AT ALL. I DREAD having to go to this location. I think my experience today was enough to finally make the switch to a bank that puts some respect on my name.
