Absolutely the most ridiculous car wash experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They refused me service for a car detailing, saying “they didn’t want to touch it”. After which I had absolutely no problem with a car detailing and wash in Stuart Absolutely pointless to be running a cleaning business and deny cleaning. Pure laziness disrespect and wouldn’t not recommend to anyone

Paint on passenger rear fender came out scratched. I tried to speak to owner/manager but was pawned off to detailer who stated they are fenders and not aluminum and that happens…? Unfortunately I arrived with paint on the fenders and left with scratched and chipped paint on the fender.
That was the worst of it. The other issues were small such as I specifically mentioned to please make sure the rims were cleaned as this has been over looked the past visits. When I retrieved the vehicle It was overlooked again as was cleaning the back window. Completely not a big deal at all and owner/manager was more than happy to run vehicle through the wash again. This would have been fine. The issue was when I brought up the chipped paint on the fender, instead of rectifying or discussing a solution, I was pawned off to the detailer who wouldn’t even hear me out and kept saying fenders are plastic and paint comes off.
I’m sorry I had to give a negative review and originally did not list all the issues but I don’t know what good would come of it. The review was not meant to cause further issues but only state my negative experience.
I understand issues happen as with running any business, I only felt it could have been handled better.

Got my truck washed there the other day. Great customer experience and did a good job on my truck. Will go back the next time I need a cleaning

I absolutely love this car wash and would not bring my vehicles anywhere else. My car always comes out great. The workers are always very friendly and nice. I also enjoy the gift shop while I wait for my car, they have a large unique selection of cards and elegant gifts.

My wife took her car there to have the inside cleaned. Well, she paid to have it cleaned anyway. I guess “power vacuum” means go as fast as possible. It’s a shame some people have no pride in their work. Owner/manager should probably check on the work of their employees more often
***update on owner response: I wasn’t there so fixing the “minor problem” aka literally the one job they had to do to begin with wasn’t an option. My wife was apparently too nice to tell the employees that maybe they should find a new job. Probably because she was busy grabbing a towel to wipe down stuff that was missed while the employees were eating chips on the side. It would have taken much less effort for you to speak with your employees instead of responding to my review with your ignorance

Wow you got to love it. Today April 26, 2024 I went to wash my car in self serving since I have a Matte finished paint job on my car and cannot run through an automatic car wash. After washing my car there was no place to pull out of wash to dry off after washing. So I parked my car in an empty parking area behind detail bays to dry my car off by hand.
Well after about a minute of drying off my car the manager or possible owner walks up to me and said you can't dry your car here. I told him I just used his self serve wash bay. I don't care you cannot dry your car here. Well I said you have got to be kidding and said I will never be back. If you want rude manager running your business your employees follow the leader.

The owners are always present at check in or on property and very friendly. Even when the line looks longer, the car gets through the wash, vacuuming and is ready to go sooner than anticipated.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had my truck detailed came out amazing great attention to detail. Highly recommend car pro to anyone in the Martin county area.

For the price, they really don’t do a good job. I waited for over 20 minutes and paid $35 only for my car to still have pollen and dirt on the hood. Not good cleaning or customer service. Will not be returning.

Was trying to dry the water off my car and was ask to leave how rude. Other bays were open but the truck pull the dirty landscape trailer couldn't make the turn.no wander l have to dry my car to stop it from leaving spots l wash my cars at home now
