Mike was so welcoming and reassuring and let me know that it was covered under a road hazard warranty that I had because I purchased my tires there. “I've been a customer of O'Reilly's Auto located on PSL Blvd for years now and I have to say I have never left the store dissatisfied in any way, shape or form. All staff are friendly, professional and rather than to try to list all staff names for fear of leaving anyone out, suffice it to say I have always been treated cordially and professionally. On a most recent visit, I was given some advice on what my 2007 Nissan needed (an O2 sensor) and was recommended to use a catalytic converter cleaner (by Mike) which has resulted in a better mpg on my 17 year old truck. Salute to the entire staff at O'Reilly's and keep up the good work. You have a regular customer and I refer anyone needing assistance to you guys!”
“I pulled in with a nail in my tire this morning . I was only dropping my daughter off, and I hadn't anticipated getting out of the car at all. So I strolled in shamefully, with my nightgown on, and my daughters sneakers. I was helped right away by a man named Richard. He was incredibly kind. They don't patch tires there, but he cut the nail with snips and referred me to tire kingdom. Thank you Richard! You rock!!”
