I have received an excellent customer service from Brian and Sam at this office,they both went above and beyond to help me, they made my husband and I felt so comfortable. I have been a bank of America customer for over 20 years in new jersey and I can confidently say that they are the best ! Your office is extremely blessed to have them and I hope they get recognized.

Terrible customer service. The condescending manner in which the bank teller and branch manager treated my parents was deplorable. It was the first time I witnessed age discrimination and am truly disturbed that any person would be treated in such a fashion (yet alone a customer).

Make sure and close friday exactly at four. That way, no working man could make it there by 5 o'clock. For sure you are Closed saturday for total inconvenience to this man. BofA caters to their employees Convenience than their customers.

Just witnessed an extremely rude exchange between the branch manager and a couple waiting for a wire transfer. The husband spoke up when she walked by saying they have been waiting for over 45 mins to get help with a wire transfer. With a fake smile but snarky tone she replied "that's why we make appointments". Unacceptable. There are 3 bank associates in offices and only one is with a customer, the other 2 are alone working on other stuff. I've been sitting here for 20 mins and the offices have glass walls. Banking centers are where customers are supposed to be able to come to get help with their banking needs in a timely fashion. If you can't serve a walk-in customer within 30 mins that's a staffing issue with your center, it's not the customers fault. This self important bank manager needs a lesson in customer service, ugh.

Call today to make an appointment spoke with Dallas she was so accommodating got us an appointment same day. We were greeted at the front door and brought to Kively’s office. Kively and the whole team were so accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this brand for all your banking needs. If I could have given more stars I would have.

My husband and I dealt with the Merrill Edge representative in this bank to open an account and they caused us a lot of problems with errors that were made. The Merrill Edge representative admitted to the errors and they refused to correct the error. In addition, I made 2 appointments with their supposed ME rep inside this bank only to find out on the 2nd appt that this person wasn't even available for appt's they just hadn't removed her from the online site. Chase is the bank to use.

Yep. I thought chase was the worst bank I ever dealt with, two local branches don't even answer phone calls. When you drive there, they tell you to make an appointment--days out. I will Look elsewhere
