Best service from the valet, guest service to room service. I would highly recommend this small beautiful boutique hotel. We haven’t checked in yet but front desk staff Karen Correa has been very accommodating and offering great answers to our questions. We were hesitant to bring kids but she was very patient and helpful so we decided to book 5/5 service ! Will update as well but very happy with the service, Karen is the reason why we booked !

I had a wonderful two night stay at the white elephant. Every staff member I interacted with was really incredibly kind and hospitable. The king sized room was wonderfully spacious and the bathrooms perfect. I felt very comfortable, almost as if I was home. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you to all the staff for being brilliant at what you do!

Our stay at the White Elephant was an absolute dream! A HUGE thank you to everyone who makes this place so magical!! Dylan, Nicole, Bettina, Sebastian, the entire staff, you are all so wonderful and I have never felt so welcome and at home before. You all truly embody the highest level of hospitality. From enjoying a dip in the pool, happy hour at Lola 41, a spin in the complimentary BMW, to just having coffee in the morning, it was all so great. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. It was so hard to leave!We cannot wait to come back and visit again ❤️

I stayed at white elephant for my best friend’s birthday for two days, and I cannot thank the staff enough for how special they made our weekend. 8 of us stayed in a suite + an additional queen room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special; including a happy birthday neon sign in the room, balloons, a decorated van to take us to dinner the night of her birthday, and more. The hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming, and extremely clean. Our rooms were turned down each night, with a water and chocolate beside each bed. The staff set up chairs and umbrellas for us to have a beach day, and drove us to and from the access point. I broke my nail to the point where I desperately needed to cut it off, and the staff ran next door to buy me nail clippers - amazing! The suite was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including top tier appliances. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, which was great too. They also went above and beyond for us when outside became too hot for the birthday girl and we wanted to retreat indoors. Sebastian, Cesar, Ali, Alexa, Dylan, and everyone at the white elephant: thank you for an amazing, memorable weekend for our friend!! I cannot wait to return.

White Elephant Boutique Hotel Palm Beach FL, if your tired of staying in large commercial hotel, give White Elephant a try, extremely attentive staff polite,professional. Daily morning the Hotel offer light breakfrast at 7:30 am which consist of coffee,tea, assortment fresh fruit, banana, apple or oranges, petite Danish or petite muffins. Also Hotel offers chauffeur BMW car to anywhere within palm beach and cute bicycle, also the hotel will take you to the local beach set up chairs,towels etc, also which is included in the daily rate. Room service staff very prompt,professional as well as daily maid service. Hotel offers small gym and outside small pool. One complaint since it is Christmas time, wish the lobby was decorated with Christmas evergreens. If your ever in Palm Beach give White Elephant a try, you won't be disappointed. Paid parking available for $40 daily. Wishing this fee would be included to guest as part of the daily rate,hopefully someday would be a plus to this hotel. $$$$

Spoiled rotten here! Go! Stay! Borrow the 740 BMW for 4 hours, enjoy ALL the complimentary offers (morning coffee/pastry, afternoon wine/cheese, etc. Eat at the hip Lola 41 Restaurant...STAFF ROCKS!

This is the most adorable boutique hotel! The attention to detail in the design is impeccable. The staff is possibly the most attentive and personable that I’ve ever experienced! They can shuttle you around the island, offer complimentary cars and bikes. They include a small dry breakfast in the morning and an evening happy hour. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at White Elephant to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and modern. The bedding was out of this world. The staff went above and beyond. They were welcoming and attentive to every detail. The service and the food at Lola 41 was outstanding.We were gifted roses, sweets and a handwritten note recognizing our anniversary.White Elephant is a boutique hotel..so yes, it's quaint & quiet. The property is not located on the beach but why should that even matter when you are personally taken there with a bag filled with towels, water, lotion and set up with chairs and an umbrella!!??Cars are there for you to explore. Don’t want to drive? No problem! Staff is available to take you wherever, whenever!I HIGHLY recommend and will most definitely be coming back!

I stayed at The White Elephant with my family in April. Unfortunately the hotel does not live up the standards one would expect for the price (on average $1,800/night). You're better off spending your time and money at The Breakers, which has a much more pleasant staff and expansive grounds in addition to beach access. For context, The White Elephant only has a pool which is about 15 feet long and 4 feet wide.At night the restaurant downstairs (Lola) is very loud. The hotel lacks the security to keep bar/restaurant guests from wandering around the lobby area and upper floors freely. On multiple evenings there were people screaming in the hallways and the hotel staff did not step in to handle.The people at the front desk were not clear about room pricing and charges that were appearing over time on my American Express without explanation. When I reported concerns about security and service to the Management, they passed me from person to person and ultimately told me there was nothing that could be done.I love Palm Beach and have been visiting for years, but next time I'll be staying at The Breakers.

This place is absolute magic. We stayed in one of the suites recently for a long weekend and it was nothing, but perfect. Our five year old told us it is his most favorite trip as a family ever; which says a lot as he enjoys traveling with us pretty frequently. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and offered some of the best customer service we have experienced. From Colton who drove us to our dinner reservations and set us up comfortably at the beach, to Andrea who greeted us by name every time we walked into the hotel and had special "surprise" treats for our son, to Lyndsey who arranged for nibbles to be brought to our room when we entertained my parents before dinner one evening. Every interaction we had with the team there greatly exceeded our expectations. Our son enjoyed playing in the pool, the shuttle to the beach, using the bikes provided by the hotel, and so much more!We will absolutely be back and look forward to creating many more memorable experiences at this magical hotel. Now, we just need to figure out how to tell our son that he no longer gets festive cookies, french macarons and ice cream brought to him every afternoon :).
