We haven’t checked in yet but front desk staff Karen Correa has been very accommodating and offering great answers to our questions. We were hesitant to bring kids but she was very patient and helpful so we decided to book 5/5 service ! Will update as well but very happy with the service, Karen is the reason why we booked...
