I got there and spoke to Christine at the entrance and told her I had 2 non-luxury watches to get fixed. She took them and within 10 mins she came back and they were done. While I waited, I was offered refreshments.. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. “I have a collection of luxury watches, mostly Rolex models. However, I have wanted a Cartier de Santos watch since 1987. This past weekend after learning more about the watch and its history, I felt compelled to simply go and get one!And I did. Ali was very helpful and efficient. I looked at the watch in the display case and knew that I preferred the Medium for my wrist size and it’s perfect. I purchased the watch and a fine gentleman showed me how to remove links and change the band.I wasn’t sure if I’d like the watch after I got it, but I must say, I really enjoy wearing it. And, it keeps time perfectly!It’s nice to walk into a Boutique and simply buy what you want, unlike Rolex where you typically have to wait months for the model you want. But, I do miss the buying experience you get at other luxury watch boutiques.I highly recommend the Cartier de Santos to anyone still considering it.”
