First time I was there to return ATT equipment.Some issues with the ATT returns on the computer.Andrew assured me it will be sent out and texted me the proof.Great employee great and dedicated and polite gentlemen.

Wouldn't ship my package. The item and QR code I had can be shipped by UPS. It says explicitly on the website I recieved the code from that UPS merely needs to scan the code and create one of their own. It's 30 minutes before closing and either the girl doesn't know how to do her job or is lazy and wants to leave early. Your incompetence effects MY review and how I am rated. So now YOU get a bad rating.

They say the driver leaves at 6 but you will be here waiting in line for over 30 minutes & if the driver gets there early he will leave early. So, don’t come here when you’re done with work because your package will never get shipped off & you will be waiting for nothing and there is always only 1 person working.

$13.40 to ship an envelope. Need I say more? I use this location often. I definitely will not anymore. Ridiculous. They charge a fee for you to pay them for a return shipping label. First it was a $15 fee until I reminded them I had done it @ this exact location for $5 before. Last time I sent a box to the same exact location where this envelope is going, with the same exact process and it was only $24. Hmmmmm

Through gross negligence or brazen theft a very expensive overnight express package was lost. There is no tracking information indicating that it ever left the store and they are very uncooperative with trying to get to the bottom of the problem. The most they’ve done is said “sorry” and submitted a claim to get me a refund for the $78 shipping cost, only after multiple visits to the store. The manager only answers questions with “I don’t know what to tell you” and has no way of proving the package left the store. UPS and this store have a very flawed logistics chain and horrible customer service. In the future I recommend using a carrier pigeon or dropping your package in the trash. You will get the same result as UPS.

This is definitely my go to UPS store. I frequent this store multiple times weekly because it's the best one in all of Palm Beach County. I had something to send to Arizona and I needed it to be returned to me with a prepaid shipping label. I went to three different FedEx locations and spent four hours of my time Being told no. I went to the UPS store and the manager Rick helped me out and in 15 minutes I was all good. UPS made a hiccup with my tracking, But not to worry I called this location the next day and spoke to a representative that took my name and number and Rick called me back shortly after. The issue was resolved and once again I can only tell you that this store and Rick are valuable assets to both UPS, the public and the location. Thank you.
