My experience was wonderful. When I walked in I was greeted nicely. I went into get my bracelets shined. I also wanted to buy a wedding gift. When I had a question, it was answered. I enjoyed my experience overall.

I was disappointed by the service. I went in to buy a gift and knew what I wanted, but I would have loved to see more of the Hardware line . The woman was not familiar, had a hard time sorting through inventory.

My friend and I were greeted immediately upon entering store. A lady named Renee (not sure of spelling of her name) assisted us and made the experience wonderful! She has a great personality and it’s obvious she loves her job. She knows that every person who walk through the door is a potential customer. The experience I had with Renee will cause me to visit this store specifically to make a future purchases. I prefers Cartier diamonds but now, it’s Tiffany’s because of Renee’s personality! There is nothing like EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Renee!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Heads up to any queer folks! My grandparents live on Palm Beach; I've been coming here my whole life. Today, my partner went into this Tiffany location on Worth Ave. while I was working. She inquired about engagement rings. She was with our friend (a man). The sales associate assumed that my partner and our friend were dating (or else made an assumption that my partner is straight) - and thus was very helpful in helping them look at rings. But when it came to the sales associate's attention that my partner was actually shopping for me (a woman), the sales associate's demeanor completely changed, she walked away from my partner, and made a nasty face as my partner and our friend walked out of the store. It was very obviously a homophobic reaction. It's too bad that Tiffany doesn't want our business.

I have brought people that were curious to go into Tiffany. They came from a poor neighborhoodThe staff treated the people with warmth /professionalism/kindness. They were surprised to find gifts under $200.

Service at Tiffany's was excellent. My mother needed some assistance on some things she had bought their mini years ago, and they could have been more gracious and helpful.

Always helpful! I really love the staff at this location more than any other one i have been too around the world, sadly haven't purchased here yet, but have had a number of our pieces cleaned here, and they really helped my wife and I pick out the perfect earings for her, we went home to think about them and ended up getting them at another location while traveling shortly after (sorry).Thank you, the whole team.

Never experienced such a low class group of individuals in such a so called first class store! They actually had the audacity to accuse my Elsa Perretti diamonds by the yard fake and refused to repair the clasp ! I sent this necklace once before to replace the clasp and they sent it out to some mediocre jewelers shop on the avenue and they kept the initial clasp and repaired it with a non descript clasp which unfortunately I didn’t notice, assumed I would be getting it back identifying it as Elsa Paretti! Fortunately I found my insurance paper and had a photo of the clasp! After I purchased it I decided to dip it silver and they claimed that made a difference!! That was my necklace to do what I wanted!!! They finally repaired it after going through such rude sales people,no apology just a genetic note!! Stay away from this store this is not the old Tiffany I’ve been shopping in for 70 years! Expect it to be turned into a restaurant can’t survive on four clients a day!

My mother called to have an emerald ring that was purchased at Tiffany & Co. New York 40 years ago, evaluated. On the phone, they said come in, they would do it, and it would take about three weeks. When she got there however, the person said they needed the original purchaser or a receipt... Well, the original purchaser is dead, and it was a gift. Regardless, the feeling she walked away with was that they didn't want to be bothered at all. So much so in-fact, they actually recommend that she go to another establishment down the street, Hamilton. My mother told this story to them, and they were equally as surprised as she was. This person should not be working at Tiffany & Co. The customer service at such a reputable establishment should be top notch, and this experience is far from it. I would avoid this branch of Tiffany & Co. and take your business elsewhere until they can get employees who actually bring a level of service that is representative of the brand.
