I had a themed party coming up and Maria Díaz was very helpful in finding the top to complete the look. She knew the size I needed. I struggle to find tops that actually fit since I’m considered plus size but she knew what would fit. Happy with my purchase and the service. And the way they packed my one purchase was super! I’m a sucker for packaging. ☺️

It was my first time, walking In to this store, but Maria was so helpful and friendly answering all my questions, I totally give a five star ⭐️ if you ever visit the store I’ll recommend you ask for Maria she is wonderful!!! ☺️☺️☺️

I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars! I have shopped at Theory basically my entire life and always will, but the palm beach location is by far the best. The level of personal attention and care that Hailey, Courtney and Megan provide are beyond my expectations!! They’ve helped me pick out so many outfits for special occasions, including my husband’s suit for our rehearsal dinner. They are so kind, helpful, and fun! When I try on clothes there, it feels like I hired a personal stylist/shopper!

I recently shopped at theory palm beach and had the best experience! Courtney and her team were nothing short of amazing! I haven’t received customer service like this in a long time and would never shop theory anywhere else.

This Theory location is by far my favorite location to shop. Courtney and her team are always welcoming, professional and accommodating. They are attentive and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure I leave with exactly what I was shopping for. Always a pleasure to shop with them!

Theory palm Beach, knocked it out of the park told them what I was looking for three outfits for an upcoming trip Courtney has an eye for detail and style they got me set up Megan and Courtney are a fantastic team customer service extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the product, highly recommend this store they will continue to have my business.

Worst experience I've ever had, avoid this place at all costs. The way I was treated by the manager Courtney was appalling. There needs to be some sort of sensitivity training at this store because the way I was disrespected by her as a curvier woman was shocking. I left feeling shamed and so upset. I truly have not experienced something like this before, it was quite a jarring experience.
