This hotel is a very old, almost historic hotel. It is located right on the beach, which, if that is what you are going for, then this is the place. We stayed in the king suite on the first floor, and it was lovely. Very quiet, bright, and relaxing. We had direct access to the beach by walking out the front door and the back of the hotel. The parking was okay, and you have to be careful not to park in the long-term residence area, which the hotel staff will let you know where to park. And speaking of the staff, the gentleman who greeted me was so amazing. They had an excellent selection of continental breakfast that morning. The hotel pool was heated, which made it pleasant on a cool April evening.I recommend a stay here. Ours was amazing.

This place is terrible. Prepaid 4 nights and left after 1. Broken fridge, exploding toilet, no towels available at pool (had to ask multiple times) Beds missing linens. Check-in took 30 min because they messed up reservation. Staff just sits around and gives attitude when you ask for help with the above issues. WiFi- nope. Doesn't work at all. Kids had to go to lobby to download stuff to watch. Doors to the beach are unlocked so anyone can walk right in with nobody watching.

This hotel is a scam. Do not stay here- staff are friendly and try their best however hotel is not updated and included 0 amenities. For the price, I feel like I got my money stolen on top of extra check in fees. Stay somewhere else on your trip to Palm Beach. Stay away

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. So we came from daytona to west palm to take my girls to a concert. Well the original hotel I booked, well I booked the wrong day and 90% of ghe hotels were booked solid. So it was a choice between this and 3 others and this was the cheapest. I paid 600 for a one bedroom suite. Well when I checked in here I was in so much distress and Marie the lady who checked us in saw that and I explained what happen and she upgraded us no charge to a 2 bed room. Well this hotel is literally tucked away on the beach. The hotel was built in 1947 and has almost all original structure. The rooms of course have been updated but in the rooms you can see bits and pieces of the past. Our room is literally like a 2 bed room apartment. The hotel room has 2 full size bed rooms w a bathroom and shower in each, a full size kitchen stove full size fridge sink cabinets microwave and some dishes and pots and pans. The living room has a couch lounge chair and windows all across it. There's a pilates classes, huge swimming pool, continental breakfast, a very nice restaurant and also this hotel is Beach frotlnr property so they have cabanas on the beach for their guest. The water is amazing just blue as can be. EVERYONE that works here is so freaking friendly, it almost reminds me of Dubai and how their hospitality is. Overall this is an AMAZING historic hotel. Just so much history here.

It’s too bad our brunch wasn’t better. They have a fabulous location and the staff was top notch. It should have been a great brunch, but the food was lousy. 3 of us had the ham and gruyre omelette $16 each —- and 2 of us received it wayyyyyy overcooked. None of us like runny eggs so it’s not like we were looking for something underdone. Two of us ordered their “thick bacon” $7 each and received hard fried pork belly — very fatty and definitely not like any kind of bacon I’ve ever eaten. We brought the “bacon” home for our dogs and left most of the omelettes there . The other person had eggs Benedict. He said it was okay — but definitely not nearly as good as other local restaurants. He also ordered Home fries for an extra $7 and received what appeared to be boiled baby white potatoes . Yes, we should have complained, but we only mentioned the “bacon”. I would have said more, but I didn’t want to further ruin the outing Also — we were the only party there the entire time we were there! Whoever runs this place should get a new chef. Everything else was great! Beautiful view, nicely decorated and wonderful staff. Breakfast foods just aren’t that hard to make! And by the way, before tip and only 1 alcoholic drink for the entire table , our bill came to about $70/ couple. What a let down !! T

This was the third time we have dined here in about a month, we like the food and the happy hour is a good value but the service is just awful. We had the same waitress the three times and the service is getting worse instead of better. We have taken friends there but I am now tired of being embarrassed by the staff. To begin with the manager was not wearing his face mask, this was in May, and even after I remanded him he still took it off. We were three couples and we asked them to split the check three ways evenly, after a half an hour the waitress and manager came with two checks, one for one third and one for two thirds. They didn't know how to fix it so the manager told us to figure it out among ourselves. That is inexcusable.
