Not thrilled with room decor and furniture condition: patio door lock was broken, not possible to lock Parton door (we had room 1st floor) jacuzzi didn’t stop working until breaker have been turn off, very uncomfortable mattress and firm pillow, very uncomfortable night sleep. Rooms need renovation with furniture replacement because a lot of scratches. Phone was broken only pad was in use. Next room guest took shower-we can hear well. Old mildew smell around. HORRIBLE WI-FI connection though hotel. Not worth to pay $1650 per night. Over-advertaised hotel. Overall outside was nice. Waiting for new hotel open next year few blocks from this one.

I have been coming to The Brazilian Court and Cafe Boulud for many years and until recently it was a superior haven of old world charm and class. Under the management of Courtney Davis it is now Miami 2.0(which is what we all came to Palm Beach to avoid!) complete with "influencers " and tacky DJ's at brunch.....

My fiancé and I are staying here right now for a weekend getaway. We are locals and heard this was a good place for a romantic quiet getaway. The space is nice and room is nice but I am feeling very disappointed. The room we got isn’t exactly like the one in the photos the one we got has very little light it’s very dark in the day and the terrace is more like a closed box with zero view only can see walls. The photos showed a room with lots of natural lights a windows. But my main issue as why I decided to write this review is because it’s brunch and this is the first hotel in my life after a long history of hotels that doesn’t have smoothie available. They only serve them till 10am. When I called I explained that I have trouble eating due to health condition and that a smoothie was the only thing I can get down. The girl refused to accommodate me saying everything to make them is put away. This is a small boutique hotel it should not be difficult to accommodate their guests for simple requests especially when it’s a luxury hotel and we opted to stay in a one bedroom suite.

I’m going through something extremely difficult. What im going through is a health issue waiting game to see if things work out. My mom took me here to get my mind off things. It was exactly what I needed. Every person I met was kind, genuinely looked happy to work there, and made things so special. And I mean EVERYONE. It felt like a warm environment. The rooms and scenery are just so beautiful. And my God the food is good. Some names that stand out are Pierre, Denise, Martha, Edwin, Abel, and the front desk staff. Thanks for everything- I’ll never forget you!

My room smelt mouldy so I checked out early and went to the Hilton. Friendly professional staff. Gardens were well kept. Not a convenient location being a distance from the convention centre and also the beach. Not recommended.Rooms: Have a mouldy smell.

Top notch. Everyone was outstanding. Lovely room. I admire the guts of the hotel to use lavender pillowcases. My only caveat would be for someone challenged by stairs. There was a quite high threshold to "jump" over to enter the room at the top of the steps. May not be appropriate for elderly.

Stayed in the grant suite with plenty of space and very cozy. Lovely staff that remembers your name. The restaurant is to die for ❤️? Robie was our server and waited on us years ago and remembered us and our love for madelines. The location is very walkable to points of interests such as little parks, resturants, shopping, and the beach. Very safe. Lovely stay

Appears vastly overpriced for quality of rooms abd building. Prefer the Breakers if you are going to spend so much.

World famous Worth ave for shopping if you could afford it and mama more things. In a recent few years the place moved from expensive to hardly affordable though
