This is a Palm Beach staple for both men and women. It's so hard not to want two, three even four pairs once you're inside their beautiful store. If I could give ten stars for their customer service I would.

Hear me out. Can’t say enough about this place. Happen to just stopped by while walking on Worth Avenue about 8 years ago. Back then I was just pursuing at the selection and happened to bump into a fellow shopper who had a well worn pair on (about 5 years old). He swore by them. Picked out the same pair and tried them on. I love them too. At the time, they were steep for my budget but knowing he had his for 5 years, and they looked great, I decided to make the investment. 8 years later, I wear the same pair very regularly to the point where the right sole finally fell off. Decided to stop by the store again and met the Store Director, Avery Felks, on a Sunday with the pair asking if they would resoled them. Although they didn’t, because understandably, they needed the expertise of a cobbler of which she recommended a few. I was really impressed at the build quality and decided to take the leap and invest in two more. They are investments and super versatile. Trust me just try a pair. Also go see Avery. She is the best!

The customer service provided is top notch. I ordered my first ever needle point loafers and while they're suppose to be true to size, that wasn't the case for me. The customer service was excellent though and they quickly shipped another size to me with complimentary shoe inserts. Unfortunately a half size down was still too large so they sent me another pair right away. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and the loafers are incredibly comfortable so I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that wants to add something fun and personal to their outfit without sacrificing comfort.

Do not purchase from this store.I purchased a pair of shoes online, when I received them they were way too small, I returned them with the enclosed label and wrote a email to Customer Support.A few days later I got the shoes back with a letter saying they do not take returns that have been worn.These were NOT worn!!! I had them on for 30 seconds and in no way could wear them out bc they were so small.The store did not reply to my multiple emails or my request on PayPal.Absolutely do not support this establishment.

This store will not honor returns.Their products run very small and they will deny your return without question and will not respond to any attempts to contact them.

After purchasing a pair of SW loafers at Neimn Marcus, I decided I wanted a pair shown on their website. Black crest loafers. I read the fine print stating the artisan would use his discretion on the shoes, there might be a comparable design. This was acceptable and I ordered the loafers. What arrived was a sideways crescent moon on the vamp that looked like a smile, there was no crest at all. I returned the shoes, and was contacted stating I could get the shoes I ordered, only if I changed the order to a custom pair. $75.00 more. The shoes were over $500.00 to begin with. A complete scam. I have never ordered an item, only to be told I have to pay more than stated to actually get them. The store has a no refund policy, just store credit. I understood this when shoes ordered. Never imagined I would be ripped off by a supposedly reputable company. Great shoes, but Do Not Order from the Stubbs & Wootten website.

Very nice service. Nicolo was fantastic and very patient. He was knowledgeable about the design and sizing. He was also spot on about the delivery time. Email communication was great after ordering the customized shoe about some changes. The show arrived as promised. I adore the shoe and the pair fits very well. I have not walked in them yet but they feel very comfy. I don't understand why this store has bad reviews but I think it's a super cool experience. I can't wait to order another customized shoe from them.

Worst experience ever I dont know if Emilio was just in a bad mood or just didnt want to work munbleling in spanish the whole time we where there I, find this to be disrespecful in everykind of way for the price of your producto I believe your stsff could be nicer

I purchased my first Stubbs & Wootton two months ago and I wish I hD done more research before the purchase.. they run small and are very uncomfortable.. I do not recommend..
