My brothers and I engaged Scott to sell our parents' condo in Palm Beach and we cannot recommend him more highly. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the marketplace and extremely professional. Two times, my brothers and I pulled the condo off the market before finally selling it the third time. Scott never expressed any frustration with us and, throughout the process, was both patient and incredibly responsive. We could not have picked a better agent.

Scott Gordon is by far the most personable, professional and reliable real-estate agent I know. He is a pleasure to work with when eitherbuying, selling and or even renting. I personally used Scott Gordon for renting and then eventually selling my lovely condo in Palm Beach.Not only did I get the best price on our sale, but Scott made the whole procedure a simple task. Hi,Before my Dad passed away, he told me, 'if you ever want to sell the Florida apartment,' go to Scott. We did - and my dad was right: Scott is a gem of a human being and of a realtor.Throughout the process, he stayed calm, never letting emotion cloud his judgement. He advised us how to prepare the apartment for sale. He chose the painter. He worked with the cleaners. No detail was too small for him to overlook.Sure enough, we received a top offer, above our goal.Scott didn't stop working. Scott found the perfect apt for my family and me . Its our home away from home and Scott got me what I wanted with an amazing view in my budget .Scott also helped me with paper work because I am not computer savvy but he always went the extra yard. I am in walking distance to Publix my new fav grocery store.The building is charming . I could not have asked for a better agent . South palm beach dreams do come true thanks to Scott !!!

Scott represented my wife and I on the recent sale of our apartment in Palm Beach.
