Very disappointing experience Friday Jan 19th in the afternoon-- I bought 2 pairs of ear muffs by UGG at Saks off fifth ave outlet.. I wanted to purchase matching UGG gloves for my toddler and the price was marked down to 20$ - so I was very excited. Then, the cashier refused to allow me to purchase. I even showed her a similar one online was 20$ by UGG and she refused saying the sticker was not meant for the gloves- she was wrong- they were the last pair.. I also bought the last 2 pairs of matching ear muffs.. Absolutely ridiculous.. she did not care.

They have January 70% off discount for designer clothes. Last year I came and bought few peaces with 70% off lowest price. This year Sales person told me 70 % off full price. But even this was a lie. This year they only gave me 25% off full price. But I got it from 70% off section. Then they came up with another excuse that sale is “up to 70%”. “Up”letters are very small - impossible to see. Anyways, only scammers treat their clients this way ! Rip off !!!

Customer service at its lowest! I was told I couldn't buy an item (AGRARIA - Perfume Candle) unless I provide an e-mail address. They lost a client! What a pity!

The ladies that work in the clothes dept kind of a huge attitude. I would recommend going to Boca. The people that work there are lovely. I will never be back to that store

Order in store at your own risk. ⚠️⚠️⛔️They don’t care whether customer receives Orders or not. I ordered a Byredo perfume at the Saks Boca Raton store because they didn’t have it in stock at the store. Shipped from Saks palm beach…Order was delivered package arrived empty no perfume full of packing tissue and bubble wrap. They can’t refund or replace because they claim the package left their store with the right weight 1.6oz so there’s nothing they can do said Marseille the Manager at fragrance department. She told me to file a police report ??♀️. That means I just lost $186 by choosing to buy from Saks. I’m very disappointed at the level of service they provide. They no longer allow comments on their Instagram posts … for a good reason. So that customers won’t attack them on new posts.

Worst saks I’ve ever been to. Men’s store is small and has a terrible selection. The entire first section of the lower level is all Brunello cuccinelli. I know they cater to the clientele but there’s a store just down the street. They had one sale rack with up to 70% off but nothing great. The rest of the store is mostly dressing stuff and Saks brand items. Upstairs has half of the level dedicated just to villebrequin. You’d think a saks on worth avenue would have a good selection given the size but it’s not the case. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Don't work with the manager Pam at Saks Palm Beach - My friends and I went to Saks Men's Department to return a pair of $600 Ferragamo sandals that had split in two places after having been worn only a handful of times. My friend Nick, a cancer patient who struggles with walking and shoes, returned to the store looking for help. The salesman who sold him the sandals two months ago recognized Nick and seemed sympathetic. Nick simply asked for store credit (not a refund) in exchange for the return. This Pam character was called and was given Nick's info - she looked Nick up in her system to see how often he shops there (not often because he comes from Miami and California) and when realizing that he wasn't one of her regulars, she came to the sales floor and dismissed Nick rudely and without any care for the poor quality of the shoes. Her only justification was that she had received no other complaints. But Pam was cold, cruel, rolled her eyes and she was completely indifferent to Nick's struggle. It was clear that Nick was discriminated against - any decent store would have sent the sandals back to Ferragamo and provided a replacement or credit. Pam's attitude and behavior were callous and demeaning - there should be consequences.
