Very very sloppy service. Short story: -- Shipping a painting from PB Modern to Houston, Texas -- Told by Edel that painting would be sent via moving truck to arrive the NEXT week -- That SAME day, painting surprisingly arrived in Houston, dropped by FedEx with no signature on the porch (out in the elements) -- Communication from RSVP was REALLY SLOPPY. I was told in the morning that the painting would arrive the next week when it had clearly already been shipped. They sent a notification from FedEx but I was already receiving another package so I did not realize it was the painting -- Manager told me that Edel was part time and had no knowledge (??) -- MAKE SURE TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER AT RSVP

Extremely rude right from the beginning. I could have been helped but I took my packages and I’ll visit my normal shipping location. I read about how unfriendly the staff was but now I believe it. I’d rather drive the extra few miles out of my way.

I go here specifically because of Jack’s over-the-top white glove service. He is phenomenal and always able and willing to help me. It’s a gem having this service on the island. Job well done, Jack!

Not only did they have what I needed, but they put a reasonable price on the traveling wine boxes and helped me carry them to my car (without asking).

Their drivers act like maniacs on Northlake Blvd, weaving in and out of lanes like they are in a Fast & Furious movie. The people at the PBG location are very unprofessional and blast bass music while they all hang around "smoking" and disturbing the neighborhood.

We constantly buy items at auction all over the country and have them shipped to our home in CT. I've never had a worse experience trying to do this than working with RSVP. They promised to pick up, pack, and deliver four items on or about December 2. Having heard nothing by December 5, I called them, only to learn they had not even picked up the items from the auction house yet. When I asked what their new intended schedule was, I was told I would receive a return phone call with that information. You can probably guess there was no return phone call, and then every email and new phone call I placed to ascertain what was going on, was ignored. Palm Beach Modern Auctions should never have recommended this shipper and I'd recommend you quickly skip over this company if you have any interest in dealing with a quality east coast shipping firm.
