My entire family has used RSVP since the company began. we’ve used and continue to use virtually every service they have ever offered. We have always been incredibly happy with their service and up until lately the friendly and helpful staff in their storefront. Over the past year though we have found the woman who usually works in their Palm Beach location unfriendly, often rude and somewhat sarcastic. This is a real departure from the usual friendly nice faces we have known through the years. Their shipping and other services are still excellent and reliable but I have found over the past 9 months I need to steel myself before going in to ship any items. It’s disappointing as the staff had always been so helpful and nice. The current woman running the shop could use a great deal of training in how to be polite friendly and helpful even if cheerful seems to be out of the question.

Very very sloppy service. Short story: -- Shipping a painting from PB Modern to Houston, Texas -- Told by Edel that painting would be sent via moving truck to arrive the NEXT week -- That SAME day, painting surprisingly arrived in Houston, dropped by FedEx with no signature on the porch (out in the elements) -- Communication from RSVP was REALLY SLOPPY. I was told in the morning that the painting would arrive the next week when it had clearly already been shipped. They sent a notification from FedEx but I was already receiving another package so I did not realize it was the painting -- Manager told me that Edel was part time and had no knowledge (??) -- MAKE SURE TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER AT RSVP

Extremely rude right from the beginning. I could have been helped but I took my packages and I’ll visit my normal shipping location. I read about how unfriendly the staff was but now I believe it. I’d rather drive the extra few miles out of my way.

Amazing place - Jack is extremely helpful. Came here after a horrible experience at the UPS store and this was a way better experience. Highly recommend.

I go here specifically because of Jack’s over-the-top white glove service. He is phenomenal and always able and willing to help me. It’s a gem having this service on the island. Job well done, Jack!
