Visited the boutique and was helped by Alex. He was great. Got the strap I needed, he installed it on the watch and I was on my way. Not before we spoke about a few watches that are new for the year. Definitely a great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate stopping by again.

I have always wanted a Panerai and when I accidentally stumbled upon the boutique while shopping, I instantly knew it was time. I was greeted by Jess when I walked in the boutique. She made the entire experience from picking out the exact watch I described, taking a moment to talk about the history of Panerai / tutorial of how to use the watch, and finally the purchase. She made the experience perfect! I am thrilled to now own a Panerai. Everyone should have one in their collection.

Got my very first Panerai here while visiting for my 50th Birthday at the end of July/2022. Paul was TOP notch and very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We looked at MANY models with Paul always keeping my budget in mind. After viewing all the models the PAM1662 came out and that was IT! I love my first Panerai watch and the entire process was so pleasant I will be getting my second Panerai from Paul as my “GO TO” guy going forward. I HIGHLY recommend if in the market for a Panerai look no further than Paul from Palm Beach !!

Paul is great. Extraordinary knowledge about Panarai watches. They also carry huge inventory and many straps and “stuff” needed for future use. They do not however deal in used watches. I purchased a PAM 1313 and love it. You won’t find a better place to buy a Panarai.
