Onblonde has taken care of my families dogs for probably about 10 years. Alyce is the kindest and loves the dogs like her own. All of our dogs run in the store and are so excited to be there and see Alyce. Couldn’t imagine taking our dogs anywhere else. Onblonde is the best!

From the moment, a person answered the phone, I got the feeling that they care deeply about their quality of their work and the dogs that they take care of. They pay attention to the needs of the dog and did a fantastic job of grooming.

When I tell you please take your pet here, please take your pet here. The owner was so pleasant even gave me and my husband a class on training and did the most cutest hair cut on my dog

Prices too high for their area of West Palm Beach. Nice groom but done in an hour on a small dog. For $110 ... I didn't leave a tip... first time ever! More than we pay in Vero or Vail! Wish them luck as they're good at what they do!

Alyce, the owner of Onblonde Pet Spa and Boutique, is probably the kindest human I have met in West Palm Beach, not to mention that her heart is huge for dogs and their owners alike. She was literally the saving grace for me in a time of panic and confusion and was more than willing to help me out with my dog with just a phone call. Her knowledge of this industry surpasses most and you will not go wrong with turning to Onblonde Pet Spa and Boutique for any of your pets needs- wether it’s grooming, food, accessories, or just to walk in and say hi, you will feel nothing but love in this store. Hands down- number 1 in West Palm.

Had a wonderful experience at Onblonde Pet Spa. They were very thorough regarding questions on what kind of cut we would like for our Cavapoo puppy and they took great care to make sure our puppy was comfortable and not scared of her first cut. Our baby was beautiful after her cut, highly recommend Onblonde Pet Spa to everyone.

Onblonde Pet Spa is THE home-away from home for our dog-only better! The spa services are superior to any we have had. The staff members are dedicated professionals who do THE BEST job in nail care-clip and dremel- as well as full cleaning of ears, face and body. Taking our pet to Onblonde is like taking him to a playdate with benefits! He comes home super clean and happy. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced and committed to individualized pet care and comfort. We know our buddy gets a lot of personal attention and love at Onblonde. Here every pet is known by the staff and pampered with joyful spirit. The spa also has a great assortment of pet accessories, toys and healthy food and treats. It's a lovely, welcoming environment for pets and people!

I love Onblonde! I have been bringing my Lab here for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is warm and welcoming, the dog treatment is always top notch, and the owner is so informative and kind! Soup always comes back in a great mood, and smells great. I recommend this groomer to all my fellow dog mommies!

My goldendoodle puppy came back to me so well-groomed and good-smelling! She was happy and liked the groomers who took care of her. She is very shy so I was a bit nervous leaving her. But I was so pleased with the results. Will definitely keep coming back to this groomer. Amazing location with trendy vibes! walking around while waiting for my dog was surpassingly enjoyableADORABLE SANTA DISPLAY!

Just heard that a dog was attacked and died under Onblonde care, and decided to finally write a review about my experience. Took my Pomeranian there for grooming a couple of years ago. When I picked him up, the groomer acted a little strange, avoided looking at me, and hurried the checkout. My dog was unusually quiet. When I got him home, he started whimpering, and looked in pain. When I felt around his body, he jumped and cried in pain, when I touched his neck. Took him to emergency clinic. They said he has damage to his neck. Most likely, the groomer had him tied by the neck and perhaps was too rough. No issues prior to Onblonde visit. Several thousands dollars later, and after many visits to the vet for laser and other treatments, we still have to be very careful about how we pick him up. He is now on pain medicine. It makes my blood boil when I see my baby in pain. Onblonde should be out down, as they do not care about your pet.
