Owner is rude, disrespectful, and doesn’t act in a way someone running a business in palm beach should. Apparently part of his genius negotiating is being curt, uncommunicative and arrogant. Did not ask before taking pictures of the jewelry and id number on it and walked away when he felt he couldn’t get 1/15th of the jewelry’s value. That’s his right as a business owner but the way he conducted himself was gross.

Owner was rude and did not conduct himself appropriately when looking over an item he was looking to buy. Said we were wasting his time when we couldn't accept his extremely low price for a rare piece of jewelry and walked away without saying anything else. Glad we did not sell to him and not upset that he refused to buy, just not happy with the owner's attitude and behavior.

Greg and his team are amazing! I wrote Greg requesting a specific Rolex model and within 24 hours he had the exact watch I wanted and at a great price. He will be my only jeweler going forward, highly recommend.
