Absolutely love this jeweler. Monica is so kind and thoughtful, and is content on providing clients with a personal experience. Was able to repair an old family watch to functionality, which now looks brand-new, and I can’t wait to wear it. Monica’s store is like a museum. Every piece of Jewelry Is so unique and beautiful. I was lucky enough to purchase an 18 karat duet dolphin ring from her. It’s such a special piece to add to my collect. I highly recommend!!

This jewelry store is by far LEAGUES better than any Kay, Pandora, or Jared you'd ever visit. You're doing yourself a disservice if you choose those name brands over Kaufman.
I was in the market for a very specific ring for someone special to me and searched around major retailers like Jared and Kay, but they couldn't meet my expectations. I've had too much of a vision for this piece of jewelry, and it would be a disservice to just "buy" something that already exists in someone else's hand. I needed to create this ring; it needed to be unique and one of a kind, something as special as the person receiving the ring. So I sought out Kaufmann de Suisse Jewelers and asked if they could assist me with a custom ring I drew and sketched up. Monica eagerly accepted the challenge and sat down with me to conceptualize and draw the ring with me, showing me what worked and doesn't work. After some production time, I received one of the most beautiful rings I've ever laid my eyes upon, and that's all thanks to Monica. She was able to instruct me on what was possible and what isn't feasible in terms of jewelry creation, and guided me throughout the whole process.
Seriously, this place is top tier. If you guys want to create jewelry that's special to you and extremely high quality for a damn good price, this is the place to go. I'll absolutely come back here if I want to make any more custom jewelry for either myself or other people in my life. Monica, you have been an absolute God-send throughout this process. Thanks for being such a team player and so on board with my drawings for the ring! 5/5 stars is an understatement for what this business truly deserves.

Their beautiful, large window display attracted me to go inside.

Had two rings sized with same day turnaround. One ring was slightly too big, so Monica had it sized down again within 10 minutes until it fit perfectly. Also had a chain repaired same day. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing for repairs. I will use Kaufmann De Suisse for my sizing/repair needs in the future.
