I have bought two Rolexes and an engagement ring from them, and the service is the best! Eric is such a nice guy, he is very knowledgeable and he will take care of you. Every time we go to the store he is always available to help me and make me feel welcomed.

Had a fantastic experience with Eric! I recently purchased an engagement ring (she said yes lol) and Eric was awesome at walking me through all the details. After outlining some parameters, I was presented with 4 stones to look at and assess, all with certifications and even under a 10x magnification. The setting and band were custom designed and Hamilton nailed it perfectly! Honestly, I was pretty intimidated going into the process, but Eric and the rest of the team at Hamilton made it easy and created the perfect ring. HIGHLY recommend!

Ashley is absolutely AMAZING! She helped my fiancé create a beautiful engagement ring for me and made the process so easy and fun for him from start to finish! After he proposed I was able to meet Ashley and work with her to pick out a wedding band. She was so sweet and really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything! If you are new to the process and need help picking out the perfect ring I would definitely recommend going to see Ashley at the palm beach island location! :)

The best! Have had several opportunities to work with them. Once for a Cartier watch battery and browsing the gorgeous jewelry at the Worth Ave store. Another time through social media and online shopping. Both interactions top service. If you know Cartier watch batteries they are a hassle to change. Done with a smile on the house- wowed me! Will shop here for the best treatment, high end jewelry and high end courteous, respectful, responsive, accurate top notch service and reasonable trustworthy quality and value. Refreshing to know there are still some true high end, high quality places that never falter out there!

What is the website is not reality. Ordered a watch to be shipped overnight hours later they offered to send it "in a few days". despite paying for overnight shipping. This is place is not what is seems. No alternatives offered, and by the way it is not a discount place. Stay away if you can from on-line shopping from them.By the way I got an Email from the EVP offering a gift certificate to take down this review.
