Friendly customer service. Way way overpriced. Must spend over $200 to get medium size flowers and barely a full arrangement. Not a good value.

My granddaughter was in the hospital for an ear procedure. I wanted something a toddler would appreciate. FWA made a gorgeous arrangement with mixed flowers, a Mylar balloon and a Teddy bear. I received a video from my daughter showing her daughter seeing the arrangement. The video was as priceless as the flowers etc. The delivery was in a timely manner as well. Shopping at this store is definitely worth your money.

wow, very disappointed in the lack of honesty and professionalism. the owner in one breath sorry for your loss and then lied about a delivery, was just not expecting this level of hostility - even using derogatory slang in describing the assistant she spoke. One top that that the arrangement was dated, not fresh or colorful. just sharing to guide others anywhere else but to this business - not worth the experience. andrew

Great communication - didn't have a color flower from arrangement picked online, called to make sure substitution was ok. Arrangement was delivered as requested & looked lovely.

Flowers of Worth Avenue is the very best and I highly recommend them! They created the most beautiful wedding arrangements, bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, church arrangements and reception arrangements for my daughter's recent wedding. They are highly talented, use the finest of flowers, and the customer service is impeccable. Truly five stars!!

Absolutely magnificent work! I was so lucky to have Flowers of Worth Avenue plan the florals and candles for my wedding. Everything came out better than I could have imagined. It was a dream working with the team, they were so helpful and proactive. A perfect experience from start to finish!!! I'll definitely be using them for any event I host in Palm Beach!!

The ladies here are delightful and create the MOST spectacular arrangements. I employ them frequently. I'm never disappointed and truly recommend the company to you. Just ordered a table arrangement for the Thanksgiving dinner party I've been invited to. I think my hostess will be bowled over!
